Olimp DAA Xtreme Prolact-Block effectively raises testosterone levels while blocking the synthesis of prolactin and estrogens. The supplement contains D-aspartic acid, which has a documented and positive effect on testosterone levels in men. The product also contains simple and safe compounds that block the production of prolactin. These are vitamin E, B6 and zinc.

The product includes:
D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) is one of two forms of an endogenous amino acid with a confirmed effect on the concentration of male sex hormones. This compound increases the secretion of the luteinizing hormone (LH), which is the main hormone that intensifies the production of testosterone in the gonads. DAA supplementation may significantly increase plasma levels of LH and testosterone after only 12 days of use.

Another mechanism of action of DAA is the intensification of the activity of StAR proteins (Stimulating steroidogenic Acute Regulatory Protein). They are responsible for the uptake of cholesterol in the gonads, which is a key component for the formation of all steroid hormones, including testosterone.

Vitamin E – belongs to the fat-soluble vitamins with strong antioxidant properties. It is necessary for the proper course of steroidogenesis and maintaining the activity of LH receptors. Vitamin E has been shown to be effective in reducing prolactin levels. It was also noted that vitamin E may reduce the activity of aromatase, which is responsible for the conversion of androgens to estrogens, thus helping to maintain a high level of testosterone. In addition, vitamin E, as an estrogen receptor antagonist, prevents estrogens from binding and showing biological activity.

Vitamin B6 – one of the water-soluble vitamins that is necessary to maintain the efficiency of the nervous system and the synthesis of testosterone. This vitamin effectively increases the level of dopamine, which is a neurotransmitter responsible for motivation, willingness to act, memory or psychomotor function. In addition, it is a strong antagonist of prolactin, therefore increasing dopamine levels contributes to lowering of the level of prolactin. Interestingly, vitamin B6 deficiency is observed in people with elevated prolactin.

Zinc (in the form of the amino acid chelate Albion®) is an important element involved in many enzymatic reactions. Its supply contributes to the increase of LH and maintenance of an optimal level of free testosterone. Zinc also reduces the activity of aromatase, and insufficient supply of the element may be associated with a reduction in the number of androgen receptors, which, despite the high testosterone concentration, may hinder its ability to exhibit biological activity. In addition, studies have shown that the intake of zinc is associated with a reduction in the level of prolactin.

Hormonal balance
OLIMP DAA Xtreme Prolact Block supports the maintenance of high androgen levels while reducing prolactin and reducing estrogen activity. This promotes the development of musculature, maintaining a lean body and high sexual performance. Excess prolactin and female hormones in men may cause deposition of fat, drowsiness, decrease in libido and muscle strength, and above all, lowering of testosterone levels.

Increased strength and muscle mass
A high level of testosterone promotes the development of muscularity and muscle strength. It also allows for efficient regeneration after hard workouts and has a positive effect on training adaptation. Men with higher testosterone levels usually have better strength results and sports performance than men with average testosterone levels. Maximizing androgen concentration while limiting the influence of female sex hormones positively affects the ability to build qualitative muscle mass.

In summary, Olimp DAA Xtreme Prolact-Block is an effective testosterone booster, limiting the activity of female sex hormones. It supports the maintenance of an appropriate ratio of androgens to estrogens, allowing the maintenance of a lean body and building of qualitative muscle mass. The supplement will effectively increase testosterone levels, which will have a positive effect on strength, muscle performance and energy levels in men.
