Magnesium creatine chelate is a unique combination of two bioactive molecules as one of the best absorbed forms of creatine. Creatine is the most popular anabolic which is not only capable of resynthesising ATP. It has been shown to have a direct impact on the processes of muscle protein biosynthesis and act as a buffer of lactic acid formed during exercise. It effectively promotes post-workout recovery and new muscle growth

Numerous studies have demonstrated that chelate outweighs monohydrate and other forms of creatine. Firstly, chelate is the only molecule that contains magnesium. This increases the molecule’s chemical stability. What is more, magnesium cations regulate myofibril contraction, thereby optimising heart function during training. This microelement is also required for metabolic processes which lead to ATP formation.

It is worth noting that its chelate form is much more gut-friendly and does not cause digestive discomfort. Our store offers monopreparations in the form of powder and capsules to suit different needs.
