Controlled Labs Green Magnitude is an advanced creatine stack, a combination of two highly absorbable forms of creatine along with amino acids. The patented formula – Green Creatine Matrix – effectively increases the exercise capacity of the body, stimulates and regulates the water and electrolyte balance, contributing to the maintenance of an appropriate intracellular environment. The synergistic effect of carefully selected ingredients promotes the increase of muscle strength, endurance and overall efficiency of the body.

The Green Creatine Matrix mix consists of:
Creatine di-malate – the newest form of creatine malate, characterized by greater bioavailability and stability in aqueous solutions. Malate is one of the substrates in the course of the Krebs cycle, responsible for energy production in the body, therefore it shows a synergistic effect with creatine, raising the perceived level of energy. This form has proven efficacy, increasing strength, reducing delayed muscular pain and hindering the production of lactic acid.

Creatine Magnesium chelate – a combination of creatine and chelated form of magnesium which ensures high bioavailability of the entire molecule. Magnesium allows the use of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) for energy purposes, therefore its supply is indispensable for the proper course of energy processes. This form effectively replenishes the level of magnesium in the body and saturates skeletal muscles with creatine.

In the body, creatine is transformed into phosphocreatine, which, in turn, is the donor of the phosphate group during the restoration of ATP stores. As a result of biochemical reactions in skeletal muscles, ATP breaks down to adenosine diphosphate (ADP), allowing the induction of muscular contraction. The main creatine storage in the body are skeletal muscles, where the rapid reconstruction of ATP allows to increase muscle strength, extend working time or improve performance. Positive effects of creatine will be noticed by every physically active person, regardless of the discipline or type of activity being practiced. Supplementation with creatine may contribute to the increase in anabolic potential, delay the appearance of fatigue, reduce muscle damage, as well as limit muscle catabolism.

Betaine anhydrous – affects the size of muscle tissue by increasing the concentration of water in cells, which contributes to the maintenance of the anabolic environment. It is responsible for maintaining a proper balance of fluids in the intra- and extracellular space; it also stabilizes cell membranes and helps them to adapt to difficult environmental conditions. Clinical trials confirm the beneficial effect of betaine on the level of strength and muscular endurance as well as a significant reduction in the perceived fatigue.

L-Taurine – an amino acid that plays an important role in the functioning of skeletal muscles, because it can participate in the transport of nitrogen to tissues and promote regeneration and anabolic processes. As an osmoregulator, it helps to maintain optimal hydration in cells and also regulates the supply of calcium and sodium ions necessary for muscle function. Taurine also supports the transport of creatine to skeletal muscle, providing them with maximum saturation, which along with the increase in insulin sensitivity promotes the building of qualitative muscle mass.

L-Tyrosine – an amino acid involved in the synthesis of thyroid hormones, catecholamines and neurotransmitters. It effectively raises the level of focus and motivation while reducing the feeling of mental fatigue. Increasing the level of adrenaline and noradrenaline promotes the maintenance of arousal and intensifies the process of lipolysis in adipose tissue, which positively affects the composition of the figure. Tyrosine also shortens the reaction time and improves the maintenance of high mental and psychophysical performance in demanding situations.

In summary, Controlled Labs Green Magnitude is a combination of two highly absorbable forms of creatine, ensuring efficient energy production in the body. The addition of amino acids regulating water and electrolyte balance and reducing the perceived level of fatigue, increases the possibility of generating muscle strength and elevates their endurance. The supplement significantly improves the quality of training while promoting the maintenance of the anabolic environment and a high level of motivation and focus.

Creatine (β-methylguanidoacetic acid) is an endogenous substance, synthesized from the acids present in liver and kidney (L-arginine, L-glycine and L-methionine) and consumption of meat. Its action ensures an adenosine triphosphate (ATP) level, which is an energy carrier, increases the hydration of cells and muscle glycogen stores. In the sports supplementation creatine is stored in the muscles, which improves energy management, exercise capacity and quick recovery and muscle growth. It has the ergogenic, anabolic and anti-catabolic potential.
Creatine is one of the high-performance
substances used in competitive sports, with a reputation confirmed by scientific research. In the form of mono-preparation supplements such as creatine ester, creatine malate, creatine monohydrate, and the multi-component supplements (both various forms of creatine, as well as other substances, precursors of nitric oxide, the BCAA type amino acids). Supplements containing creatine available for purchase at
Dosage: depending on the form of preparation, the type of exercise and weight, normally one of the following models
of creatine dosage is used:
- cyclic
supplementation: 5 - 10g per day in 1 - 3 portions a day, 2 - 5 g per dose. Cycle time approx. 4 - 12 weeks
- cyclic
supplementation with saturated phase: first 5 - 7 days 20 - 30g per day on Day 4 - 6 doses 4 - 6g per serving, then the maintenance phase 2 - 10g per day in divided doses. Cycle time approx. 4 - 8 weeks
- constant
supplementation: 0.03 - 0.05 g per kg body weight for an extended period of time.

Magnesium (element from the group of alkaline earth metals, atomic no. 12, a chemical symbol - Mg), one of the most important health microelements, participates in the synthesis process of the disintegration of high energy compounds and processes of transformation of hydrocarbons and fats. It affects the dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure, prevents hypercoagulable state. Shortages affect cardiac arrhythmias, malignant muscle cramps, insomnia and anxiety. It is a component of many dietary supplements and found in foods such as whole grain bread, legumes, buckwheat, rice, fish, meat, as well as chocolate, cocoa and nuts.
Dosage of 100 - 500 mg / day

Betaine (N, N, N-trimethylglycine, the TMG) is methyl glycine derivative participating in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. It is present in food of plant origin and produced by the body in the liver or kidneys. The medicine uses it in the treatment of gastrointestinal and digestive disorders and hyperhomocysteinemia. In the supplements that increase the level of homocysteine used together with glycocyamine, indirectly influences the endogenous synthesis of creatine. There is no mono-preparation supplement containing betaine. Available in creatine stacks and the detoxicating supplements.

Taurine – non-protein amino acid containing sulphur, which is synthesized in the body from methionine and cysteine, present in sufficient amount in human or animal body (in the brain, heart and skeletal), although in some cases must be supplemented. Significantly affects the calcium content in the cells and stabilizes the water and electrolyte balance and maintains acid-base balance. Takes part in the synthesis of bile acids. In the body acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. It is an insulin-mimetic improving insulin metabolism, responsible for transport of nutrients (such as amino acids, glucose, creatine) to the cells and muscle tissue. These properties determine that it is a valued mono-preparation supplement and valuable addition to creatine and amino acid supplements, recommended for psycho-pchysically active people and athletes and other competitive sportsmen in pre- and post-workout periods.
Dosage: 3 grams per day.

Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.
