Your location affects the final order price. It may vary depending on the amount of VAT rate applicable at your current location.
On the card of each product there is marked the estimated date of shipment, which is calculated after order confirmation. If the order consists of several products, then it should be considered the longest of the visible shipping deadlines. Shipping time is given in working days.
Example: If we receive an order with three days shipping period on Monday, then we will send the package no later than on Thursday. If, however, we receive it on Wednesday, then the latest date of shipment will be next Monday. In this case, we assumed that a week was not public holidays. Holidays in the work week are not included in terms of shipments.
In the case of bank transfer, the time of delivery of the package increases by the time of transfer (posting of funds in our account), which usually does not exceed 5 working days.
Payment can be made in Polish zloties (PLN) in our PLN-account, in euros (EUR) in our EUR-account or in British pounds (GBP) in our GBP-account (at the average exchange rate of NBP).
We reserve the right to cancel the order, if payment has not been credited to our account within 3 working days (counting from the date of placing the order).
In the case of payment made through one of provided online payment systems, we ship after the confirmation of completion of the transaction, which usually lasts a few minutes. We have no influence on the time of this process, it is fully automatic.
