Our store has a geolocation option, which means that it will present you with an offer of one of our warehouses, adequate to the place of your current residence. So for example, if you are in Germany at the time of placing an order, then all the information on the page will be presented to you in German and will apply only to the services on the German market, including payment (in this case, the available options are Dotpay, a bank or a credit card transfer) and shipping (in this case, the available options are DHL, DHL Packstation, GLS, UPS and InPost Paczkomaty).

NNevertheless, our store offers the ability to check and use the offer also of our other warehouses located within the European Union. The use of the offerings of a warehouse different than the place of your current residence, may be associated with an increase in freight charges and prolonged delivery time.

You can use the option of free shipping in Germany, which is realized in the case of an order for the amount of min. 100 EUR and using transport services of DHL or GLS.

Payments can be made in Polish zloties (PLN) to the PLN-account, in euros (EUR) to the EUR-account, and in British pounds (GBP) to the GBP-account (at the average exchange rate of NBP).

We realize the shipments after posting the funds to our account – it takes normally up to 5 working days. You can alos make the payment via debit or credit card.

As well as through one of the following online payment systems: Dotpay, Klarna.

Delivery details (like a delivery address) must be given in the data form.

In the title of the bank transfer there should always be specified the order number.

Any comments on your order (gift selection, product taste, etc.) should be entered in the box "Customer notices".

Once the day of shipping the customer you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number from us. It allows you to monitor the current status of delivery on the website of the carrier.

You should bear in mind that in the case of too long waiting period for delivery by the above mentioned national post offices, or the loss of a consignment, the consideration of the complaint application can take up to 60 days.

In the case of a failed delivery (eg. as a result of the absence of the recipient), DHL courier issues avizo informing about the possibilities and principles of personal collection of the consignment in the so called Service Point – the DHL point of self-collection.

In the case of a failed delivery (eg. as a result of the absence of the recipient), GLS courier issues avizo informing about the possibilities and principles of personal collection of the consignment in the so called Parcel Shop – the GLS point of self-collection.

You can use the UPS Access Point™ service, so a personal collection of the consignment in your chosen location and time, eg. in the shop, which is partner of UPS (you can find the list of them and their exact locations on the official website of the carrier). Please note that to collect the package at the UPS Access Point you need to bring a valid photo ID confirming your identity. In the case of a failed delivery of paid "in advance" package (eg. as a result of the absence of the recipient), UPS courier issues avizo informing about the possibilities and principles of personal collection of the consignment at the nearest UPS Access Point – the UPS point of self-collection.

There is also the possibility of using DHL Packstation or InPost Paczkomaty (parcel machines) services, so – as in the case of UPS Access Point™ – a personal collection of consignment from a parcel machine in your chosen location and time.
