Now Foods Water Out is a dietary supplement that contains a mix of natural, herbal components that improve proper functioning of urinary system and reduce the excess of water (including under-skin water).

It improves the body shape, prevents kidney and gallbladder diseases and reduces blood pressure. It is a perfect alternative to pharmacological diuretic medicines which cause numerous side effects.

Now Foods Water Out contains:

Arctostaphylos uva-ursi – also called kinnikinnick and pinemat manzanita (its Latin name means "grape of the bear"). It contains up to 20% of tannins, arbutin (a glycoside), isoquercetin (a flavonoid), a free hydroquinone, ellagic acid, gallic acid and caffeic acid. It shows diuretic, astringent and antiseptic properties.

It is effectively used in treatment of urinary system diseases – light urinary tract infection, bed-wetting, pyuria, proteinuria, anuria, kidney stones and prostatic hyperplasia. For the best effects, it should be applied together with field horsetail, alkaline mineral water or sodium solution.

In alkaline environment, arbutin (a biologically active component of uva-ursi) disinfects urinary tract – it is a result of hydrolytic secretion of hydroquinone.

Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) – it increases the amount of bile (it has cholagogic properties) and stimulates the function of the liver. It also facilitates the flow of bile into duodenum and prevents its retention thanks to light antispasmodic action on bile ducts and gallbladder.

It reduces the excess of water, sodium and potassium ions, prevents swelling, puffiness, inaesthetic appearance. Professionally speaking, it shows saluretic properties, just like horsetail herb, nettle root and some pharmacological medicines. Dandelion contains also bitter compounds that improve digestion by stimulating gastric juice secretion.

Juniper (Juniperus communis) – shows antibacterial and antifungal properties, mainly in urinary tract infections. The flavonoids (mainly terpineol) contained in berries have diuretic properties, they reduce the excess of water and sodium ions as well as they improve kidney function.

Juniper improves filtration in the glomerulus, suppresses resorption of sodium and chlorine ions in nephrone convoluted tubule, improves the flow of blood through kidneys and acts anti-swelling. It stimulates the secretion of bile and gastric juice, improves digestion, liver functions and stimulates intestine peristalsis.

Buchu (Agathosma betulina) – is a plant that grows in mountainous areas of South Africa. It has diuretic properties and is classified as a diuretic – a medicine that increases diuresis, the volume of urine. Buchu is used in the treatment of kidney diseases, infections and inflammations of urinary tract and urinary bladder, joint inflammations and for mitigating hangover.

Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine) – a water-soluble vitamin. It may occur in six forms which are enzymatically converted into pyridoxal phosphate – a biologically active form of vitamin B6. It is a precursor of important coenzymes which take part in many essential biochemical reactions. It supports treatment of kidneys, leads to more effective urinary excretion and prevents kidney stones.

To sum it all up, Now Foods Water Out is an extremely effective and completely natural dietary supplement that reduces the excess of water in the body system and supports urinary system functions. It is recommended for sportsmen who take part in competitions and championships and who need to meet weight restrictions. It is perfect for people who want to slim their body shape and whose aim is to make their worked-out muscles more visible.

The product has a great prohealth potential. It improves liver, kidneys, gallbladder and stomach functions, regulates digestions, has anti-inflammatory, anti-swelling, antibacterial and antifungal properties. It may be effective in treating many diseases that are caused by problems with the production and the flow of bile, urine, and by the excess of water and sodium ions.
