Hi Tec Nutrition Anabol Amino is a dietary supplement containing branched-chain amino acids BCAA, which enhance anabolism in response to strength workout. The product helps to reduce muscle tissue breakdown and increase body capacity.

What is more, the manufacturer enhanced the supplement with some B-vitamins which support energy production at the cellular level and participate in the synthesis of new muscle cells.

BCAA include three essential amino acids which need to be provided with food. These are L-leucine, L-valine and L-isoleucine. BCAA are contained in muscles which means they play an important role in the functioning of skeletal muscles. To increase the effectiveness of amino acids action, the manufacturer used the optimal proportion 2:1:1.

L-Leucine ‒ a powerful amino acid stimulating synthesis of muscle proteins, regardless of other proteins supply. L-Leucine affects i.a. expression of mTOR kinase, which activates muscle protein synthesis (MPS) and promotes their proliferation. Its anabolic activity increases insulin secretion which is responsible for nutrient supply to cells. This enhances resynthesis of muscle glycogen. What is more, high concentration of this amino acid in blood prevents or reduces the activity of proteolitic enzymes responsible for adipose tissue breakdown (or catabolism).

L-Isoleucine ‒ as an L-leucine isomer, it slightly less stimulates mTOR kinase, but it also affects glucose metabolism in muscles. Regardless of insulin action, L-isoleucine increases glucose uptake by skeletal muscles, which improves energy production and hence allows you to extend or intensify the effort. It accelerates also muscle glycogen resynthesis, which reduces the time needed for regeneration. As a glucogenic amino acid, L-isoleucine can be easily transformed into glucose and reduce the process of gluconeogenesis. Due to this process, in case of low blood sugar, glucose is provided from muscle tissue, which promotes catabolism.

L-Valine - another BCAA amino acid, which, like the others, enhances the activity of mTOR kinase, increases insulin secretion and promotes resynthesis of muscle glycogen. L-Valine supports nitrogen balance in the body system, and by providing nitrogen to the appropriate tissues, it promotes their regeneration. It also reduces the transport of tryptophan to the brain, which reduces serotonin production. Serotonin is responsible for the feeling of relaxation and fatigue, which is not recommended during physical activity.

BCAA act synergistically, which improves anabolism and reduces breakdown of muscle tissue. Vitamin B6 ‒ low levels of the vitamin may reduce the synthesis of new muscle proteins, because it is responsible for i.a. secretion of many factors supporting regeneration and muscle mass building. Vitamin B6 is also involved in many enzymatic reactions, and its supply is essential for production of new cells in the body system. Moreover, it participates in production of neurotransmitters and metabolism of muscle glycogen.

Vitamin B12 ‒ is involved in protein transformations and production of nucleic acids and red blood cells. Moreover, it participates in homocysteine metabolism, digestive enzymes production and neurons regeneration. It can also prevent neurodegenerative diseases and regulate mood.

Vitamin B3


Vitamin B3 (vitamin PP, niacin, nicotinic acid, nicotinamide) is niacinamide niacin. It is used in interaction with vitamins B1, B2 and B6 in the synthesis of hormones during lactation.
