jestem po 2 opakowaniach więc już mogę coś napisać na temat gotu koli. Zacznę od tego, że nie poczułem żadnego działania nootropowego (polepszona koncentracja, lepsza pamieć itp.) Mocno odczuwalna jest natomiast redukcja zmęczenia - nie stosuję żadnych stymulantów a mam więcej energii w pracy, wieczorem z przyjemnością mi się trenuje. Stosuję 5-htp od wielu miesięcy i postanowiłam coś dołożyć. Zdecydowałam się na Gotu Kolę. Stosowałam wg. zaleceń producenta, minęły prawie 2 miesiące i co mogę powiedzieć o tym produkcie - mam wrażenie, że idealnie się uzupełnia z 5-htp, czyli poprawa nastroju, głębszy sen. Może minimalnie lepsze skupienie na wykonywanej czynności, choć z tym akurat nigdy nie miałam problemów. Nie wiem czy Gotu Kola i 5-htp to dobre połączenie, natomiast w moim przypadku sprawdza się bardzo dobrze. Kolejne opakowania już zamówione. Polecam i pozdrawiam! |
