Recommended intake
Mix 1 sachet of the product (2 g) in about 125 ml of water at room temperature. Wait at least 1 minute to activate the product. Then mix again just before drinking.It is best taken on an empty stomach (in the morning after waking up or in the evening before going to bed at least 2 hours after a meal).In case of hypersensitivity to any prebiotic component of the product, extend the activation time to 30 min. During this time the bacteria metabolize the prebiotic matrix.
