Recommended intake
Mix 1 serving (1 sachet) in about 125 ml of non-carbonated water at room temperature. Wait at least 1 minute to activate the product, then stir again and drink. It is best to consume on an empty stomach (in the morning after waking up or in the evening before going to bed at least 2 hours after a meal). If you are hypersensitive to any prebiotic component of the product, extend the activation time to 30 minutes. During this time the bacteria metabolize the prebiotic matrix. If you suffer from fructose intolerance, you should extend the activation time to at least 30 minutes. During this time, the bacteria metabolize whole fructooligosaccharides (FOS). In this way, no fructose enters the body.
