Recommended intake
Take 1 capsule per day, sipped with water. In case of diarrhea, the dose can be increased to 2 capsules per day. Do not take with hot meals and drinks. For the prevention of traveler's diarrhea, start supplementation about 5 days before departure and continue for about 10 days after symptoms have resolved.
