Saccharomyces boulardii (S. cerevisiae) is a strain of non-pathogenic yeast with probiotic activity. Compared to probiotic bacteria, this yeast exhibits greater resistance to low stomach pH, high temperature and antibiotic effects. As a result, they are able to effectively colonize the intestines.
The supplement is further enriched with plantain extract (Plantago lanceolata) and Fibregum™ Bio LAW polysaccharide, which act as prebiotics. These substances stimulate the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, thereby supporting the effects of the probiotic.
