Bartfan Blackcurrant Jam with xylitol is a sugarless blackcurrant jam, condensed with natural pectin and sweetened with xylitol. It provides fewer calories than traditional currant jam and can be consumed by diabetic people and individuals on a gluten-free diet.

The core of the presented product is blackcurrant fruit. 50 g of fresh fruit was used to prepare 100 g of jam. Blackcurrant is a real treasury of valuable nutrients, distinguished by a very high content of vitamin C and potassium. The fruit also contains anthocyanins, which give it a specific, dark color.
