Amino Xpress Amino Xpress

Scitec Ami-NO XPRESS is a complex supplement aiming at multi-level support of all sportsmen. It is composed of as many as 19 active substances of four complexes, which makes it an incredibly versatile product.

Ami-NO XPRESS blend is a complex of ingredients focused on maximizing nitric oxide synthesis, responsible for the efficient transmission of nerve impulses and expanding the lumen of blood vessels, thanks to which it considerably increases physical efficiency. Its effect is commonly called “muscle pomp” because of the increased blood supply in muscle cells. Nitric oxide also correlates with the increased hGH secretion, i.e. growth hormone – the most anabolic hormone produced by the human organism.

Arginine, defined as a relatively exogenous amino acid, is the main component of the above mentioned „matrix”. Human organism is able to produce arginine by itself, however, in insufficient amounts to ensure efficient functioning of the organism. This need is increased in case of intensively training people. Arginine is directly engaged in nitric oxide synthetic pathway and is also a substrate in the production of creatine.

Arginine alphaketoglutarate (AAKG), i.e. the combination of arginine with glutaric acid salt, which increases its assimilability.

Citrulline is another component increasing muscle „pomp”, it also demonstrates anticatabolic effect and counteracts the development of muscle sores, i.e. delayed-onset muscle soreness.

Betaine (trimethylglycine, TMG) – is another component of the blend. It is transformed in the organism to sarcosine, which is also engaged in the production of creatine. It also facilitates the process of methylation, consisting in binding methyl group protein to a molecule – it is one of the first stages of the synthesis of new proteins. By the same token, it demonstrates anabolic effect.

DL-malic acid is a compound, the ionized formula of which constitutes an intermediate product in the Krebs cycle, the main oxygen mechanism of obtaining energy. In this way, the supplement increases aerobic efficiency.

Micronized complex BCAA XPRESS is a matrix of exogenous branched chain amino acids in the micronized form, therefore fragmented to the smallest possible forms in order to ensure quick absorption.

BCAA are the three most important anabolic amino acids: leucine, isoleucine and valine. Studies show that supplementation with branched chain amino acids may have a stimulating effect.

Leucine is important because of the occurrence of the so-called „leucine threshold”, i.e. the minimal amount of leucine which needs to be present in a meal so that provided amino acids get involved in anabolic pathways.

Isoleucine regulates sugar level in blood and is present during the production of hemoglobin.

Valine regulates the synthesis of proteins, stimulating the maintenance of positive nitrogen balance in the organism.

Amino acid complex contains three amino acids, the effect of which will be appreciated by every person who trains.

Glutamine although it is an endogenous amino acid, i.e. the organism is able to produce it by itself, it is so intensively used by the organism that its auto-production is not sufficient to cover all the needs of the system. Glutamine transports nitrogen cells during the synthesis of new proteins, plays detoxifying function, stimulates the secretion of the growth hormone. It also demonstrates wonderful effects when it comes to the state of intestines, demonstrating tightening effect towards intestinal villi.

Taurine is a compound know from energy drink labels. It influences the work of the central nervous system, playing the function of a stimulating neurotransmitter. It improves physical efficiency, cognitive abilities, facilitates concentration. It also takes part in the transport of creatine to the target muscle tissue, increasing its metabolic rate.

Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones, thyroxine and triiodothyronine, i.e. metabolism regulators. Thyroid is not able to properly function without the adequate supply of tyrosine. This amino acid is also a precursor of noradrenaline and dopamine, which have a stimulating effect on the whole system.

Regenerative complex is a complete matrix, ensuring proper supply of all ingredients, essential to the proper regeneration of the organism after a hard training session.

Sodium salts of orthophosphoric acid play the function of a buffer, regulating pH of the organism.

Glycine, by reacting with bile acids, it creates bile salts, thanks to which it ensures fluent functioning of the digestive tract when it comes to lipid digestion. It is also a neurotransmitter influencing sleep quality.

Magnesium appears in the form of highly assimilable carbonate. This element is responsible for regulating the work of the nervous system, is the component of bones and maintains proper osmotic pressure of bodily fluids.

In the composition of the complex there is also a range of vitamins.

Vitamin C is acknowledged as one of the strongest antioxidants, accelerates regeneration, supports the immune system. It also plays an important role in collagen synthesis and increases iron assimilability.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) facilitates the breakdown of amino acids, takes part in the creation of many enzymes and hormones, regulates the functioning of the circulatory system (including blood pressure).

Vitamin B12 (cobalamin) creates myelin sheaths, conditioning the proper functioning of the nervous system and takes part in DNA synthesis.

Pteroylmonoglutamic acid is folic acid in the best assimilable form. It plays an important role in the processes of synthesis and methylation of DNA and RNA strands. It is also a coenzyme in the processes of transformations of certain amino acids.

Summing up, SCITEC Ami-NO XPRESS is an exceptional complex preparation, which is a great support for every active person, regardless of the kind of the effort. It supplements the level of all the substances, the deficits of which sportsmen are prone to and increases effort abilities, making training sessions even more effective.

Calories

Information

Calories are the conventional name of the unit expressing the energy value of food, the demand and energy expenditure in human body, which in fact is 1 kilocalorie (1 kcal). 1 kilocalorie is the amount of thermal energy required to heat 1 g of water and 1 degree Celsius. The SI unit of thermal energy is 1 joule (1J), equal to approximately 4,185 kcal.
The energy value is determined by the chemical composition of the food product, by means of the so-called. physiological equivalents. Most often Atwater equivalent is used: ratio for protein 4 kcal / g, for carbohydrates 4kcal / g, and for fat - 9kcal / g.
The energy value carried out with the so-called. "Caloric bomb" is equivalent to the physical energy, amounting to 4.1 kcal per 1 g carbohydrate to 5.65 kcal per 1 g protein, 9.45 kcal per 1 g of fat.
Nutritional value, determines the suitability of a food product for realizing life functions of human, the higher it is - the higher bioavailability and lower quantity for consumption for obtaining the effects.

Vitamin C

Information

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) it is a vitamin soluble in body fluids, can be taken from foods (fruits and vegetables), or as drug derived synthetically. The largest of its resources can be found in broccoli, Brussels sprout, kale, black currant fruit and hawthorn, citrus fruits, tomatoes, Savoy cabbage, potatoes. In fact, intake of vitamin C of the food products does not limit the absorbed quantity. Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a potent antioxidant, it is an antitoxic, increasing the immune system due to the elimination of risk of bacterial contamination. Vitamin C prevents rupture of blood vessels, affects the blood cholesterol level. It substantially increases the absorption of iron. Inhibits the growth of cancer cells. Lowers stress levels.
Vitamin C deficiency causes abnormal development of connective tissue, cracking capillaries, abnormal calcification of bone tissue, impaired
absorption of iron, scorbutus. With the lack of vitamin C, all kinds of injuries do not heal up properly. Vitamin C deficiency can be caused by smoking; each cigarette is destroying up to 100 mg of vitamin C.
Dosage: The demand is 60-80 mg daily. It does not limit the ability to consume higher doses. Some side effects may occur only with longer
taking of synthetic vitamin C.

Ascorbic acid

Information

Ascorbic acid – vitamin C. Its biologically active form is the L-isomer, which negatively rotates the polarised light, so that it is a dextroisomer (laevorotatory vitamin C does not exist). It is a strong antioxidant; it reduces the amounts of free radicals, which reduces oxidative stress, a factor leading to cell apoptosis, which is why it is indicated to be a cause for premature ageing.

It supports the immune system functions and increases body system immunity. It is an essential element of the collagen synthesis path, which is why it positively affects the condition of connective tissue. Hence, it promotes also wound healing and increases the durability of capillary vessel. It is involved in transformations of tyrosine and carnitine as well as of some nutrients, so that it affects metabolism. It can also have an impact on the nervous system functions, as it reduces mental fatigue.

Higher supply of vitamin C is especially recommended in the periods of more intensive body system burden, after infections and in order to accelerate regeneration. The indications for increased supply of the vitamin are also hard physical work or intensive trainings.

Vitamin B6

Information

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine) is soluble in the liquid. It participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. By reducing the amount of fat in the blood do not enable deposition of the body. It helps the absorption of magnesium and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It works on the muscle antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory pain in the joints. It acts anti. It provides efficient operation of the brain. It increases energy increasing vigor of a man. The demand for vitamin B6 increases during pregnancy and breast-feeding infants. The natural product is: yeast, eggs, wheat germ, meat (liver), wheat bran, nuts, peanuts peanuts, soybeans. There is a hypothesis that can be synthesized by intestinal bacteria.
Deficiency of vitamin B6 causes abnormal metabolism of proteins, decrease in lymphocytes in the blood, causes a feeling of lethargy and fatigue intensifies.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5 mg daily (increased demand during pregnancy and lactation).

Folic acid

Information

Folic acid - also known as vitamin B9, is a synthetic form of naturally occurring folates. It needs to be transformed to folates in order to be biologically active also in the human organism. Therefore, its supplementation is recommended to people who do not have problems with methylation processes.

The majority of people associate folic acid with the period of pregnancy. It is definitely a justified association. Proper supply of vitamin B9 conditions correct development of the fetus and prevents disorders of neural tube defects in a baby.

Supplementation with folic acid also demonstrates positive influence on the functions of the nervous system of adults. Some sources say that it is conducive to maintaining beneficial emotional states. Moreover, folic acid takes part in the process of erythropoiesis, thanks to which it enables efficient production of red cells.

Supplementation with folic acid should be also considered by men who deal with low sperm quality. It was proven that complementing the level of vitamin B9 is conducive to increasing reproductive abilities of men.

Cyanocobalamin

Information

What is cyanocobalamin?

Cyanocobalamin is a basic, the most commonly met form of vitamin B12 in vitamin B complexes and multivitamins available on the market.

Vitamin B12 is the most known for its influence on neurology. It takes part in building and regenerating myelin sheaths of neurons, thanks to which it contributes to the protection of the nervous system against damages. Because of the ability to increase the level of S-Adenosyl methionine, vitamin B12 may contribute to more efficient synthesis of many neurotransmitters, thanks to which it positively influences well-being and psychical condition.

This vitamin is also engaged in the process of blood production and its deficiencies contribute to the creation of megaloblastic anemia. Its deficits may also concern vegetarians and vegans, elderly people, people with absorption disorders and those using drugs neutralizing gastric acid.

Cyanocobalamin is included in the composition of many complex vitamin supplements that may be found in the offer of muscle-zone.pl.

Phosphorus

Information

Phosphorus (chemical element of nitrogen family, occurring in several colours: white [poisonous], red, purple and black). It is a micro element involved in the physiological responses of the organism. It is a factor of the proper structure of bones and teeth, storing approx. 85% of the element in the form of hydroxyapatite. Adjusts the acidity in the body by increasing the pH. It is a component of nucleic acids. It also affects the proper functioning of the kidneys and the heart and nerves (transfer pulse). A natural source of obtaining of phosphorus are both plant (eggs, seeds, nuts, whole grains) and animal origin products (poultry, different types of meat, fish). Phosphorus deficiency and strengthen the bone structure can be adjusted by the use of appropriate nutrients and supplements.
Phosphorus deficiency causes bone disease (rickets) and phlegmon.
Excess of phosphorus (although it is excreted through the kidneys) can cause an imbalance of minerals (especially lower calcium levels, up to total loss). Particular caution in consuming products and specifics containing phosphorus is recommended to people suffering from chronic kidney disorders and the elderly. Excess of potassium should be balanced with the increased intake of calcium.
Dosage: 800-1200 mg per day. The higher limit of dosage should be consumed by pregnant women and nursing mothers.

Potassium

Information

Potassium and sodium regulate the body's water resources, ensuring normal heart rhythm. Maintaining the proper level of potassium provides the proper oxidation of the brain, lowers blood pressure, increases the permeability of cell membranes (as an antagonist of calcium). It is a base-forming element. It is widely used in sports diet before and after training in the form of supplements, nutrients, vitamin-mineral preparations and minerals, concentrates and ready, isotonic and hypertonic beverages. Natural sources of acquisition of potassium are: vegetable products (bananas, citrus fruits, melons, mint leaves, green vegetables, potatoes) and animal products (sea fish, meat). Potassium is present in the form of organic compounds: citric acids, and fumarates gluconates and inorganic (chlorides, sulfates, oxides and carbonates).
Potassium deficiency (hypokalemia): excessive tiredness, headaches and irritability, problems with sleeping, muscle cramps, constipation. Potassium levels may drop sharply in the event of a reduction in blood sugar levels, prolonged starvation, severe diarrhea. They can occur when too much of strong coffee is consumed, with alcohol abuse and when eating too much sweets.
The excess of potassium (hyperkalemia) is often the cause of depression, hypotension, tingling in the extremities.

Magnesium

Information

Magnesium (element from the group of alkaline earth metals, atomic no. 12, a chemical symbol - Mg), one of the most important health microelements, participates in the synthesis process of the disintegration of high energy compounds and processes of transformation of hydrocarbons and fats. It affects the dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure, prevents hypercoagulable state. Shortages affect cardiac arrhythmias, malignant muscle cramps, insomnia and anxiety. It is a component of many dietary supplements and found in foods such as whole grain bread, legumes, buckwheat, rice, fish, meat, as well as chocolate, cocoa and nuts.
Dosage of 100 - 500 mg / day

Magnesium carbonate

Information

What is magnesium carbonate?

Magnesium carbonate is an inorganic magnesium salt of carbonic acid. It demonstrates the properties neutralizing gastric acid.

Magnesium is one of the most deficient elements of a classic diet, therefore supplements with magnesium are incredibly popular. Deficiencies of this mineral mainly may result in hypertension, lower sensitivity to insulin and psychological symptoms, such as increased stress, irritability, fatigue and weariness.

This element also takes part in regulating water balance in the organism and nerve transmission. It influences muscle work, which may be observed in characteristic cramps related to magnesium deficiency. It is also known for its anti-stress and sedative properties, thanks to which it is willingly used before sleep and in the situations characterized with high psychological burden. It is also important for mineral density of bones, as right next to calcium, it is one of the most important elements for maintaining strong and healthy bones.

Betaine

Information

Betaine (N, N, N-trimethylglycine, the TMG) is methyl glycine derivative participating in the conversion of homocysteine to methionine. It is present in food of plant origin and produced by the body in the liver or kidneys. The medicine uses it in the treatment of gastrointestinal and digestive disorders and hyperhomocysteinemia. In the supplements that increase the level of homocysteine used together with glycocyamine, indirectly influences the endogenous synthesis of creatine. There is no mono-preparation supplement containing betaine. Available in creatine stacks and the detoxicating supplements.

L-Citrulline

Information

What is L-Citrulline?

L-Citrulline is an α-amino acid, ornithine derivative. It was isolated for the first time from watermelon and this is how it gained its name, as citrullus in Latin means watermelon. Citrulline takes part in oxygen processes of energy production during effort, thanks to which it is especially attractive for sportsmen of endurance disciplines. It also takes part in urea cycle, also known as the Ornithine cycle, thanks to which it helps to get rid of excessive amounts of ammonia from the organism.

It converts to l-arginine in kidneys and scientific studies suggest that is increases its level even more effectively than in case of sole arginine. Moreover, the increase of arginine level resulting from citrulline supply is longer and more stable. Thanks to this, it contributes to the increase of nitric oxide and widening of blood vessel lumen. This property makes citrulline useful in preventing cardiological incidents. The positive influence on the circulatory system is also used in case of erection disorders, as increased nitric oxide may initiate more effective blood flow to sex organs.

L-Citrulline is contained in the composition of many pre-workout supplements and NO-boosters directed at the improvement of sports abilities of the organism, which may be found in the offer of muscle-zone.pl

Beta-alanine

Information

Beta-alanine (β-alanine) is a β-amino acid (the same group to which the I-alanine belongs, but with different chemistries). In combination with histidine, it forms β-alanyl-L-histidine (carnosine) - a antioxidant, chelating and buffering compound. Carnosine reduces the level of hydrogen ions in the cell and allows to extend the physical performance and endurance, it affects biological recovery after exercise. Beta-alanine is available in the form of single component and advanced amino-acid supplements, creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters.

DL-malic acid

Information

DL-malic acid (hydroxysuccinic) - derived mostly from fruit, as well as food additive for the adjustment of its acidity. It takes part in the so-called. Krebs cycle (formed with fumaric acid, oxidized to oxaloacetate form). It is a component of creatine malate and citrulline, creating a single molecule, increasing their action. This results in greater availability of creatine and citrulline. It improves the absorption of magnesium. It is part of ergogenic supplements.

Arginine

Information

Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.

Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a salt glutaric acid and arginine. The presence of these compounds results in intensification of the operation of each of them. Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate improves the bioavailability by stimulating the decomposition to CO2 and H2O, which means that it becomes a precursor in the synthesis of nitric oxide. It has anti-catabolic properties enhancing anabolism. Enhances the functioning of the insulin hormone, insulin-mimetics IGF-1) and somatotropin growth hormone.
AAKG is part of the pre-workout supplements (improving muscle blood flow and increasing the exercise capacity (strength and endurance)), as well as improves the recovery process after training. Most often used to increase the synthesis of nitric oxide (supplements pre- and post-workout), increasing muscle blood flow and regeneration. Particularly valued by the representatives of power sports, power and strength sports and strength athletics. Used very often in the rehabilitation of sports injuries.

BCAA

Information

BCAA are three essential amino acids having a side branched aliphatic chain (isoleucine, leucine, and valine) and a similar course of metabolic processes, occurring in the muscle tissue. In its natural form, they are found in high-protein animal foods (i.e. beef, milk proteins). BCAA have the anti-catabolic and anabolic potential. They support energy carriers during the energy crisis and affect the functioning of the nervous system (eliminate stress, reduce fatigue), hormone activity and kinases, which are responsible for the metabolism of proteins. In the sports supplementation they are used as supporting elements of exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and post-workout recovery; also as anti-catabolic and catalyst of anabolic changes. Taking BCAA after exercise almost immediately restores the levels of these amino acids in the blood (excluding liver) and supplies the muscle tissue. Leucine activates of mTOR kinases (starting anabolism of muscle proteins) and has the intensified effect with insulin, which acts on the PI3-kinase and protein kinase B. Branched amino acids chain BCAA, willingly used by strength, strength-endurance and endurance athletes, they are available in the form of single-component supplements, and advanced amino acid supplements, creatine, pre- and post- training stacks, and isotonic drinks.
Dosage: usually 1-2 grams of BCAA per 10 kg of body weight per day. Mainly before and after training.

Leucine

Information

Leucine is an essential amino acid, one of the three branched chain amino acids, ketogenic, its isomer is isoleucine. It affects the secretion of anabolic hormones (insulin, combined carbohydrates), acts on enzymes (mTOR) starting the process of muscle protein synthesis and controlling its course. Protein synthesis by leucine is affecting the development of bones, muscles and skin. It reduces the fat tissue. Without the availability of leucine, protein synthesis is impossible. It naturally occurs in animal products (such as eggs, meat, dairy and fish), plant origin, and as a post-training supplements, BCAA, EAA, no-boosters, creatine stacks, carbohydrate supplements. Ir is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements. It is one of the most important amino acids for the athlete's body, basically in every sports discipline.
Dosage: The demand is 5-10 g / 24h, dosage pre- and post-workout and in the morning after waking up.

Valine

Information

Valine – is a branched essential amino acid, indispensible for the functioning of the nervous system (receiving of sensory information), involved in muscle protein synthesis and energy generation. Administration of additional doses of valine before exercise (or immediately after) has anti-catabolic effect, protecting the proteins and allowing them to rebuild. It is slightly stimulatory (delays symptoms of fatigue during workout), affecting the level and relations of neurotransmitters. It helps to protect the liver. It stimulates an increase in strength and muscle mass, participates in the reduction of body fat. BCAA, EAA, and other mixtures of amino acid supplementation, protein and protein supplements and carbohydrate-stacks, brings positive results in strength and endurance sports.
Valine deficiency can occur in case of increased energy needs of the body,
as the result of stress and too much stress load.

Amino matrix

Information

Amino matrix is an amino-acid complex containing egzogenic amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and glutamine peptides, which are functional and building components of protein origin (BCAA). Maintains nitrogen balance of the body. It contributes to the reconstruction of the cells after exercise, supports regeneration and contributes to the improvement of exercise capacity (strength and endurance). It has a positive effect on the immune system, reducing the risk of infection.
Amino matrix is an complement to the CytoSport Monster Milk preparation formula.

L-glutamine

Information

L-glutamine - amino acid building endogenous proteins, glutamic acid amide. In the human body it is responsible for the synthesis of proteins, acid-base balance and removing ammonia outside of the organism. With the shortage of energy taken from the muscle tissue, glutamine with alanine participate in the process of gluconeogenesis, and participate in the production of glucose substrate. L-glutamine has a direct impact on the proper functioning of the digestive system and immunity of the organism. Participates in the synthesis of one of the most powerful antioxidant - glutathione. It has anti-catabolic potential. It is found naturally in foods of animal and vegetable origin and high protein supplements. Used as mono-preparation or multi-component amino-acid supplements and supplements enhancing biological recovery after exercises, often in combination with BCAA.
Dosage: 5-20 g per day (portioned during the day, and after training and waking up). The minimum dose used in supplementation is 2-15g per 1 serving.

Taurine

Information

Taurine – non-protein amino acid containing sulphur, which is synthesized in the body from methionine and cysteine, present in sufficient amount in human or animal body (in the brain, heart and skeletal), although in some cases must be supplemented. Significantly affects the calcium content in the cells and stabilizes the water and electrolyte balance and maintains acid-base balance. Takes part in the synthesis of bile acids. In the body acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. It is an insulin-mimetic improving insulin metabolism, responsible for transport of nutrients (such as amino acids, glucose, creatine) to the cells and muscle tissue. These properties determine that it is a valued mono-preparation supplement and valuable addition to creatine and amino acid supplements, recommended for psycho-pchysically active people and athletes and other competitive sportsmen in pre- and post-workout periods.
Dosage: 3 grams per day.

Tyrosine

Information

Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.

Glycine

Information

Glycine is belongs to 22 essential amino acids (synthesized within the body) constructing proteins, and non-protein component of enzymes i.e. heme. It is a inhibiting neurotransmitter allowing for improvement in sleep comfort even at a dose of 3 g at bedtime. Glycine (as arginine) is a precursor of creatine. It is essential for the synthesis of a strong antioxidant - removing free radicals out of the body - glutathione. It is cholagogic and cholepoiteic. By interfering with the synthesis of growth hormone, accelerates the biological recovery of an organism. Naturally present in foods of plant and animal origin. In the sports supplementation is a component creatine stacks, amino acid supplements, protein supplements based on natural ingredients and carbohydrate and protein.
