Boogieman Fuel is an excellent pre-workout in the form of a comfortable shot. Since the supplement contains a very efficient complex of ingredients, it will strongly stimulate the body to work hard during a training, whereas achieving of the training goals set will be gradually easier.

The ingredients used in the preparation are perfectly balanced. Boogieman Fuel will stimulate the body to act without causing irritability, distraction and digestive discomfort, all of which disturb in full focusing on a training. Owed to its well-thought composition, users can feel the increased motivation for hard training without worrying about the side effects.

The preparation contains a number of proven substances that not only stimulate the body but also increase its performance.

Anhydrous caffeine – the purest form of caffeine that belongs to the methylxanthine group. It is a substance of vegetable origin that abundantly occurs in coffee beans. It is known for its strong stimulant effect and the activity of improving the efficiency of brain and body.

Due to the interaction with the adrenergic system and adenosine receptors, it leads to a strong stimulation of the body while eliminating the feeling of fatigue. Caffeine also helps to maintain an optimal level of cAMP, indirectly supporting the lipolysis process.

Taurine is a non-protein amino acid, meaning it is not directly involved in protein production. Taurine has a different use. It is often combined with caffeine (in many supplements and energizers), showing a strong psychostimulant effect. Taurine also relieves the signs of fatigue and overtraining, supports the functioning of muscles during long-term and hard workouts, and can also help to reduce body fat. Taurine is also credited with helping to transport creatine to muscle cells.

Beta-alanine is an amino acid whose main function is to affect an increase in the concentration of carnosine in the muscles. Carnosine is responsible for increasing the buffering capacity of the muscles and increasing the threshold of anaerobic transitions, leading to a delayed appearance of muscle fatigue and their more efficient regeneration. As a result, beta-alanine contributes to an increase of the intensity and length of training.

Some studies show that an adequate beta-alanine supplementation may increase the concentration of muscle carnosine by an average of 42-80%, while after 4 weeks of supplementation, muscle performance may increase by 13%, and after 10 weeks up to 16%.

AAKG, or L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, is a salt complex formed of arginine and alpha-ketoglutaric acid in 2:1 ratio. As a result of combining these two substances into one, the level of arginine bioavailability is significantly increased. Alpha-ketoglutarate limits the activity of arginase -- the enzyme responsible for the arginine breakdown. This in turns leads to an increase in the level of arginine, which can be used for the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO).

Increased levels of nitric oxide contribute to vasodilation of the blood vessels, which affects the faster delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the muscles. This is also manifested by the effect of the so-called muscle pump. Such a property is also of great importance in heavy strength workout, during which the muscles need an increased nourishing.

Citrulline malate is a combination of a citrulline non-protein amino acid with malic acid. Citrulline, like arginine, contributes mainly to the increased synthesis of nitric oxide. Citrulline malate also has the ability to stimulate the synthesis of creatine, which in combination with malic acid increases the body's energy reserves and, as a result, increases muscle and aerobic endurance.

Inosine is a nucleoside that is formed from the breakdown of adenosine with the use of adenosine deaminase enzyme. Inosine participates, among others, in a series of energy transformations, it stimulates the nervous system and improves glycogen synthesis.

In conclusion, Trec Nutrition Boogieman Fuel is a great pre-workout in a comfortable form. The product evokes a positive attitude toward a workout and stimulates the body. It is recommended to all athletes who want to maximize the benefits of training.

Beta-alanine (β-alanine) is a β-amino acid (the same group to which the I-alanine belongs, but with different chemistries). In combination with histidine, it forms β-alanyl-L-histidine (carnosine) - a antioxidant, chelating and buffering compound. Carnosine reduces the level of hydrogen ions in the cell and allows to extend the physical performance and endurance, it affects biological recovery after exercise. Beta-alanine is available in the form of single component and advanced amino-acid supplements, creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters.

Taurine – non-protein amino acid containing sulphur, which is synthesized in the body from methionine and cysteine, present in sufficient amount in human or animal body (in the brain, heart and skeletal), although in some cases must be supplemented. Significantly affects the calcium content in the cells and stabilizes the water and electrolyte balance and maintains acid-base balance. Takes part in the synthesis of bile acids. In the body acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. It is an insulin-mimetic improving insulin metabolism, responsible for transport of nutrients (such as amino acids, glucose, creatine) to the cells and muscle tissue. These properties determine that it is a valued mono-preparation supplement and valuable addition to creatine and amino acid supplements, recommended for psycho-pchysically active people and athletes and other competitive sportsmen in pre- and post-workout periods.
Dosage: 3 grams per day.

Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate

Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) is a salt glutaric acid and arginine. The presence of these compounds results in intensification of the operation of each of them. Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate improves the bioavailability by stimulating the decomposition to CO2 and H2O, which means that it becomes a precursor in the synthesis of nitric oxide. It has anti-catabolic properties enhancing anabolism. Enhances the functioning of the insulin hormone, insulin-mimetics IGF-1) and somatotropin growth hormone.
AAKG is part of the pre-workout supplements (improving muscle blood flow and increasing the exercise capacity (strength and endurance)), as well as improves the recovery process after training. Most often used to increase the synthesis of nitric oxide (supplements pre- and post-workout), increasing muscle blood flow and regeneration. Particularly valued by the representatives of power sports, power and strength sports and strength athletics. Used very often in the rehabilitation of sports injuries.

Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.

Citrulline malate

Citrulline Malate is formed by combining molecules of the citrulline amino acid and molecules of malic acid in one molecule, which has the chemical stability and is well soluble in liquids. Ionized malic acid has the ergogenic potential, providing a complementation to the citrulline potential of with new properties. It improves the exercise capacity and reduces the feeling of fatigue, and its supplementation is beneficial at any level of fitness. It affects the acid-base balance. It should be used by people who practice sports: strength, endurance and mixed strength-endurance. To achieve the best results, a dose of Citrulline Malate 6 g / 24h is recommended.
It is available as single-ingredient supplements and multi-component supplements (creatine stacks, no-boosters, amino acid supplements). It is used in the periodic, cyclic and constant supplementation.
Dosage: 3-8 g daily (in divided doses). The optimal dose to achieve beneficial results, proven experimentally, is 6 g / 24h.

What is L-Citrulline?

L-Citrulline is an α-amino acid, ornithine derivative. It was isolated for the first time from watermelon and this is how it gained its name, as citrullus in Latin means watermelon. Citrulline takes part in oxygen processes of energy production during effort, thanks to which it is especially attractive for sportsmen of endurance disciplines. It also takes part in urea cycle, also known as the Ornithine cycle, thanks to which it helps to get rid of excessive amounts of ammonia from the organism.

It converts to l-arginine in kidneys and scientific studies suggest that is increases its level even more effectively than in case of sole arginine. Moreover, the increase of arginine level resulting from citrulline supply is longer and more stable. Thanks to this, it contributes to the increase of nitric oxide and widening of blood vessel lumen. This property makes citrulline useful in preventing cardiological incidents. The positive influence on the circulatory system is also used in case of erection disorders, as increased nitric oxide may initiate more effective blood flow to sex organs.

L-Citrulline is contained in the composition of many pre-workout supplements and NO-boosters directed at the improvement of sports abilities of the organism, which may be found in the offer of

Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, 1-methylotheobromine) is a purine alkaloid occurring in the natural state in plants (Coffea arabica, Camelia sinensis, Paulinia cupana, Ilex paraguariensis), which acts as a natural pesticide, acting toxic to insects. Peculiar smell and taste also deters herbivores. Caffeine in the body inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain, fighting fatigue and allowing for action activation. It has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of oxygen, which increases the exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and rapid post-workout recovery. In the sports supplementation, caffeine is used as a stimulant nervous system. It has the thermogenic potential and in combination with other substances (e.g. Polyphenols, both occurring in coffee beans, such as cocoa beans, tea leaves and mate) can effectively participate in the reduction of body fat. It is included in many dietary stimulants (creatine stacks, no-boosters, beverages). It is a component of fat burners. It is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements.
Dosage: 100-600 mg per day. Due to the long release of activity should not be used in the evening, before

Inosine (purine nucleoside) is formed in the body during the degradation of adenosine involving the ADA, its ingredients are: hypoxanthine and ribose. Participates in energy conversion in the body and reduces the level of lactic acid in the cells and muscle tissue , providing increase of the exercise capacity and an extension of an effort time. Scientific research confirmed neuroprotective and anti-virus action of inosine. In the sports supplementation used in the disciplines of endurance and strength as a dietary supplement and support of the effort. Available in the form of mono-preparation supplements and complex multicomponent supplements (including creatine stacks, nitrogen boosters).
Dosage: 1-2g a day, mainly before and after training.
