  • Increases the perceived level of energy and arousal
  • Stimulates the body to more intense effort
  • Promotes the maintenance of focus and motivation
  • Synergistic action of ingredients

Centurion Labz God of War is a renewed version of the pre-training preparation that increases exercise capacity. The synergistic action of the ingredients increases the level of energy, focus, and motivation for training, and promotes the synthesis of nitric oxide.

Beta-alanine – a complex of amino acids supporting the regulation of the pH level during intense exercise. Beta-alanine helps to delay the onset of symptoms of fatigue and extend the duration of exercise.

Agmatine – exerts a positive effect on the level of nitric oxide in the body, thanks to which it facilitates the transport of blood to the working muscles. It additionally supports the transport of glucose to skeletal muscles, for which it is the primary source of energy during intense exercise.

Caffeine anhydrous – it is responsible for postponing fatigue symptoms and increasing energy levels in the body. It elevates the level of alertness and focus, shortens the reaction time, and extends the working time until exhaustion.

Beta-phenylethylamine – also known as PEA, is responsible for increasing the level of neurotransmitters such as dopamine and norepinephrine. As a result, PEA raises the level of motivation, focus, and concentration on tasks.

L-theanine – an amino acid that prevents overstimulation of the body. It works in synergy with caffeine, promoting the maintenance of a clear and goal-oriented mind.

Choline bitartrate – by providing choline, it increases the production of acetylcholine – a neurotransmitter responsible for sending nerve impulses to skeletal muscles. It allows for raising the level of strength and preventing exhaustion of the nervous system after heavy training units.

Hordenine – limits the breakdown of catecholamines, enabling their prolonged and stronger effect on the body. Thus, hordenine increases the level of arousal, motivation, concentration, as well as raises the metabolic rate.

In summary, Centurion Labz God of War is a pre-workout supplement that provides a high level of arousal. It has a positive effect on motivation, concentration, and exercise capacity of the body.

Beta-alanine (β-alanine) is a β-amino acid (the same group to which the I-alanine belongs, but with different chemistries). In combination with histidine, it forms β-alanyl-L-histidine (carnosine) - a antioxidant, chelating and buffering compound. Carnosine reduces the level of hydrogen ions in the cell and allows to extend the physical performance and endurance, it affects biological recovery after exercise. Beta-alanine is available in the form of single component and advanced amino-acid supplements, creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters.

Agmatine sulfate

Agmatine sulfate is a compound of agmatine, and hence the substance resulting from the processing of arginine.
It meets the body's range of functions, including increases levels of nitric oxide responsible for vasodilation and thus improves blood circulation. It stimulates the release of growth hormone and testosterone. It increases the amount of nutrients delivered to the muscles, and normalizes blood glucose levels, thereby mimicking the operation characteristic of insulin; improves the functioning of the central nervous system; fights free radicals; reduces depot body fat, and also affects the metabolism of calcium, thus providing a better functioning of the heart, brain and muscles.
Dosage: 500-1500 mg, the best half an hour before training.

Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, 1-methylotheobromine) is a purine alkaloid occurring in the natural state in plants (Coffea arabica, Camelia sinensis, Paulinia cupana, Ilex paraguariensis), which acts as a natural pesticide, acting toxic to insects. Peculiar smell and taste also deters herbivores. Caffeine in the body inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain, fighting fatigue and allowing for action activation. It has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of oxygen, which increases the exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and rapid post-workout recovery. In the sports supplementation, caffeine is used as a stimulant nervous system. It has the thermogenic potential and in combination with other substances (e.g. Polyphenols, both occurring in coffee beans, such as cocoa beans, tea leaves and mate) can effectively participate in the reduction of body fat. It is included in many dietary stimulants (creatine stacks, no-boosters, beverages). It is a component of fat burners. It is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements.
Dosage: 100-600 mg per day. Due to the long release of activity should not be used in the evening, before

Phenethylamine (PEA)

Phenylethylamine (PEA) - an organic compound present in the natural form (e.g. in chocolate) and synthesized in the human body from the amino acid and phenylalanine. As a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator affects the nervous system, increases the amount of dopamine and norepinephrine. The only disadventage is too rapid degradation by the enzyme MAO-B in the case of oral administration, thus sometimes modified components retarding disintegration. In the sports supplementation PEA used to improve mood, stimulate, increase thermogenesis, pre-workout. It is also a component in fat burners. Overuse and high frequency of taking PEA may reduce mental form.
Dosage: 250-500 mg per day.

L-theanine is an amino acid, not building proteins, occurring naturally in the dried green tea leaves, absorbed from the gastrointestinal tract, overcomes easily blood-brain barrier, affecting the nervous system and the relation between neurotransmitters (e.g.dDopamine, serotonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid), with a relaxing effect and increases the psycho-physical capacity, (concentration, memory, alertness). Recommended for use for people burdened with considerable physical effort, athletes of sport disciplines that require concentration and memory, also for students in the period before exams. Available in the form of mono-preparations and multi-component relaxing and post-workout anti-stress supplements..
Dosage: customarily used in supplementation 50-200mg per day

Choline Bitartrate

Choline bitartrate a combination of one molecule of tartaric acid and choline, and in this embodiment is a precursor of acetylcholine (neurotransmitter). The human body is able to intracellular synthesis of choline, using the amino acid and vitamin B12. Because of the possibility of shortages of the above mentioned substances, it is necessary to supplement them with supplementation. Choline is a component of lecithin, which is the building substance of cells conditioning the proper functioning of the nervous system, and sphingomyelin, acting as an insulator of nerve tissue. Bitartrate affects the course of fat metabolism. In the sports supplementation of choline, bitartrate is used in the stimulating supplements,, affecting concentration and programs of weight control (fat reduction).
Dosage: 1-3 grams per day.

Hordinine (N, N-dimethyl-4-hydroksyfenylo Phenethylamine) is an alkaloid occurring naturally in certain cacti and black locust (acacia), increasing the contractile force of the heart, bactericidal and bacteriostatic (retaining an adequate level of bacterial flora). Hordenine’s action is short, therefore, it is used in bigger doses. It affects the level of noradrenaline, accelerating the process of reducing depot fat. Stimulating effect. It does not occur as mono-preparations. In the supplements it is used with caffeine, Synephrine, as stimulation supplements (e.g. creatine stacks, nitrogen boosters), and fat burners.
