APS Mesomorph is a versatile pre-workout preparation that combines three complexes, each of which has a different spectrum of action. The first of these increases the amount of carnosine and nitric oxide, and it includes beta-alanine, L-citrulline malate, and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate. The second complex enables the growth of intracellular ATP stores; it consists of di-creatine malate, creatine nitrate, L-taurine, creatine sodium phosphate, agmatine sulphate, and ascorbic acid. The third one is a mix of stimulants containing glucuronolactone, caffeine, theobromine, naringin, and Geranium oil extract.
Beta-alanine is one of the substrates in the synthesis of carnosine. Carnosine is a dipeptide constituting about 0.2-0.5% of the mass of some skeletal muscles, where it acts as a compound that maintains the acid-base balance. The use of beta-alanine in sports supplementation increases muscle endurance, allowing for extension of the exercise series during strength workouts and allows to increase the intensity during speed and strength sessions. In addition, it supports muscle regeneration, reduces lactic acid accumulation, and improves muscle contraction.
L-citrulline malate and arginine alpha-ketoglutarate are substances that enable the synthesis of nitric oxide (NO), the discovery of which led to a revolution in physiological and pharmacological studies over the last two decades. NO plays an important role in many systemic functions that regulate the dilation of blood vessels, blood flow, and mitochondrial respiration. Knowledge of exercise physiology makes it possible to state that an increase in NO production may increase the supply of oxygen and nutrients to working muscles, thus improving tolerance to physical exercise and regeneration. In addition, the increased blood supply to the working muscles results in a noticeable effect of their "pumping", which increases the psychological motivation of the exercisers.
Agmatine is formed from arginine and is characterized by a much stronger stimulation of nitric oxide synthesis than the compound from which it derives. Agmatine also helps to regulate hormone secretion, shows a beneficial effect on the proper activity of neurotransmitters and normalization of blood sugar levels. In addition, several other valuable properties are attributed to agmatine, including the effects on the secretion of adrenaline, noradrenaline, and dopamine, improvement of concentration, reduction of cortisol levels, and the increase of sensitivity to stimulants.
Creatine is one of the most popular ergogenic agents for athletes. In muscle tissue, it binds to phosphate that forms phosphocreatine. The reaction is catalyzed by creatine kinase and the result is the formation of phosphocreatine (PCr), which binds to adenosine-5'-diphosphate (ADP), converts it back to adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP), which is a source of cellular energy for short-term needs. Studies unanimously show that supplementation with creatine increases its concentration inside the muscles, leading to the improvement of anaerobic capacity during short-term high-intensity exercise, which results in the acceleration of training adaptation.
The preparation consists of 3 different forms of creatine: malate, nitrate and sodium phosphate. Each of these forms is distinguished by different time and degree of bioavailability in the body, which ensures even saturation of the muscle tissue after each ingestion of the preparation. The addition of taurine allows for easier transport of creatine to muscle cells, which maximizes its use in order to improve exercise capacity and increase muscle mass.
Ascorbic Acid is nothing more than the chemical name of a well-known vitamin C. When limiting the discussion solely to supporting of the physical effort, the role of vitamin C as a supplement can be considered in terms of its antioxidant properties, participation in the synthesis of collagen – a component of the movement apparatus, and a positive influence on the immune system.
A strong stimulation ensures the training effectiveness that enables intensification of the activities performed. The preparation contains a large dose of stimulants, the action of which facilitates the performance of intense workouts. The formulation contains the well-known caffeine and theobromine with caffeine-like properties, which reduce the symptoms of fatigue and stimulate to action.
Glucuronolactone (DGL) is a glucose metabolite that has become a common ingredient of stimulants and energy drinks. Studies have shown that DGL may raise energy levels, reduce drowsiness, increase alertness and reaction time, and positively affect the mental performance and mood when taken along with taurine and caffeine. In addition, DGL also directly participates in liver detoxification by stimulating the removal of harmful substances. This turns out to be very useful in case of some ingredients added to pre-workout supplement, the effects of which we would like to eliminate following to completion of the workout.
Geranaburn is the commercial name of the Geranium oil containing 1,3-dimethylamylamine HCl (DMAA). DMAA is a neuronal stimulant with a structure similar to ephedrine and adrenaline, which causes strong stimulation of the nervous system, thus resulting in a high increase of energy, sharpening of concentration and improving exercise capacity.
Naringin is a substance found in grapefruit. In the body, it is metabolized to naringenin that shows interesting pharmacological properties. Naringenin inhibits the action of some liver enzymes involved in the metabolism of many chemicals. The addition of the compound to pre-workout preparations may lengthen and intensify the action of other ingredients found in the product.
In summary, APS Mesomorph is an iconic pre-workout which, thanks to its effectiveness, is extremely popular among consumers. Users reach for this preparation due to the strong action and composition devoid of unnecessary additives. The product is aimed primarily at athletes who have previously had contact with supplements containing strong stimulants that increase training efficiency. Enabling the increase of physical capacity and intensity of training, it is a revolutionary product that may change the current approach to training and bring it to a new, higher level.
When taking for the first time, we absolutely recommend using only 1 portion in order to test tolerance to this supplement. It's a very potent product and in some peoples case it can be too strong. We then recommend lowering the dosage to 0,5or 2/3 of a scoop. Do not use the supplement in the evening, even up to a few hours before planned bed time. The manufacturer recommends using the product for 60 days, then taking a 2-3 month break before renewing supplementation. We recommend only using Mesomorph when there's a need to use a strong pre-workout supplement, not before every workout.
APS supplements and nutrients are designed for athletes. Among their products, there are multi-component supplements, which improve the muscle work, increase the strength and endurance, at the same time they add energy, enhance the regeneration, increase anabolism and slow down the catabolism. APS offers also products, which helps to reduce excessive fatty tissue and creatine supplements, which speed up the development of muscle tissue.

Carnosine (synonyms: L-carnosine, beta-alanyl-L-histidine) is a dipeptide containing the amino acids (beta-alanine and L-histidine) located in the muscle tissue and nerves. It is a potent antioxidant with anti-buffering and chelating properties. It prevents the development of neurological disorders associated with ageing, for use in prevention of cancer, inhibiting the glycosylation and carbonylation processes. Maintains acid-base balance in the muscle tissue contributing to the increase in exercise capacity. It has an impact on the nitrogen metabolism. In the sports supplementation, rare in pure form, more common in preparations containing its precursors - beta-alanine and L-histidine, available at www.muscle-zone.pl.
There are no standards unit consumption. Dosage usually taken in supplements
Alanine is an endogenous amino acid (i.e. having the ability to synthesize the human body other amino acids and pyruvate), building up protein. It has a key role in the transport of nitrogen between the muscles and the liver (i.e. Cahill cycle). It allows to transform glucose in non-sugar compounds. During prolonged exercise it enhances metabolism. It occurs in products of animal origin (meat, dairy, eggs) and vegetable origins (legumes, peas). It is used in the form of amino acid supplements in pre- and post-workout preparations. It complements the BCAA. Increased use of supplements with alanine is required in athletic training when high strength and endurance is required (e.g. weights lifting athletes marathon runners etc.).
Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.
Creatine malate (tri-creatine malate, TCM, di-creatine malate) is a combination of one molecule of creatine and three (or two) of molecules of malic acid in the ionized form (malate) in one molecule. It has better solubility in liquids of creatine monohydrate. Malate is involved in energy conversion enhancing effect of creatine in this regard. With proper use of creatine malate, there is an increase in exercise capacity of the body (strength and endurance), acceleration - although slower than provide other compounds creatine for better quality - of increase in lean body mass, provides faster and better biological regeneration after exercise. To have a fast saturation of the muscles with creatine, products containing insulin should be used (carbohydrates and proteins) or insulin-mimetic (and the substances of similar ALA, D-pinitol, taurine). Creatine malate is available in the form of powders and capsules (mono-preparation supplements and creatine stacks), for purchase at muscle-zone.pl
Dosage: Usual recommendation in sports, depends on the form of supplement, the type of exercises and weight, uses one of the following creatine dosage models:
- cyclic supplementation: 5-10g per day in 1-3 portions during the day, 2-5g per dose. Cycle length approx. 4-12 weeks
- Constant supplementation: 0,03-0,05g per kg of body weight for an extended period of time.
Taurine – non-protein amino acid containing sulphur, which is synthesized in the body from methionine and cysteine, present in sufficient amount in human or animal body (in the brain, heart and skeletal), although in some cases must be supplemented. Significantly affects the calcium content in the cells and stabilizes the water and electrolyte balance and maintains acid-base balance. Takes part in the synthesis of bile acids. In the body acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator. It is an insulin-mimetic improving insulin metabolism, responsible for transport of nutrients (such as amino acids, glucose, creatine) to the cells and muscle tissue. These properties determine that it is a valued mono-preparation supplement and valuable addition to creatine and amino acid supplements, recommended for psycho-pchysically active people and athletes and other competitive sportsmen in pre- and post-workout periods.
Dosage: 3 grams per day.
Creatine nitrate - a form of creatine that combines creatine and nitrate action (made to nitric oxide form). Creatine is a carrier and storage of energy, affects its intracellular conversion in the form of ATP (adenosine triphosphate). Increases the hydration of muscle cells and participates in the storage of glycogen. It is an activator of anabolic enzymes, delays an catabolic effect, allowing the extension of metabolic transformation (shows ergogenic, anabolic and anti-catabolic activity). Nitrates are converted in the body to a form of nitric oxide, increasing patency and blood supply to tissues and organs.
Ascorbic acid – vitamin C. Its biologically active form is the L-isomer, which negatively rotates the polarised light, so that it is a dextroisomer (laevorotatory vitamin C does not exist). It is a strong antioxidant; it reduces the amounts of free radicals, which reduces oxidative stress, a factor leading to cell apoptosis, which is why it is indicated to be a cause for premature ageing.
It supports the immune system functions and increases body system immunity. It is an essential element of the collagen synthesis path, which is why it positively affects the condition of connective tissue. Hence, it promotes also wound healing and increases the durability of capillary vessel. It is involved in transformations of tyrosine and carnitine as well as of some nutrients, so that it affects metabolism. It can also have an impact on the nervous system functions, as it reduces mental fatigue.
Higher supply of vitamin C is especially recommended in the periods of more intensive body system burden, after infections and in order to accelerate regeneration. The indications for increased supply of the vitamin are also hard physical work or intensive trainings.
Agmatine is created in the release of carbon dioxide acids (decarboxylation) in the brain, small intestine, adrenal gland, kidney and liver, and is a metabolite of arginine endogenous enzyme (synthesized by human and animal organisms). The effect on the human body is not fully explored. According to the studies conducted so far show the features of andrenergic imidazole receptors. The proper availability in the body increases the activity and may affect the lipolysis process and the synthesis of nitric oxide. Not occurring in the natural, but in the combination with other oxides of nitrogen (arginine and citrulline), it has become one of the basic components of keratin stacks, NO boosters and pre-workout products, widely used in sports supplementation.
Fat is an essential nutrient plant and animal organisms. Because of the nutritional value and composition of fats are divided into: saturated (mono-saturated and multi-saturated fatty acids) and unsaturated fatty acids (including essential fatty acids - EFA). The group of lipids include lipids (triacylglycerols, waxes), complex fats (glycolipids, phospholipids), sterols and isoprenoids. Saturated fatty acids is a group of fatty acids having different carbon chain lengths, in which except for the carboxyl group, each of the carbon atoms is bound by a single bond. May adversely affect the lipid profile, so they can be used in limited quantities. Fats are a concentrated source of energy, with different flavours, facilitating the consumption and swallowing of food. They have building functions (part of cell membranes and co-create the white matter of the brain). EFAs are precursors of tissue hormones and biologically active compounds. The unsaturated fatty acids include fatty acids from the group Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 (the last digit indicates, on which, counting of the end of the chain, there is a double bond in the appropriate carbon chain. The essential fatty acids include: acids, medium-Omega-3 [n-3 ] included in EFAs [essential fatty acids], and long chain (eicosapentaenoic acid [EPA] and docosahexaenoic acid [DHA]) Omega-6 and Omega-9. the number indicates that the last double bond in the carbon chain is on the third from the end carbon atom. The acids from the omega 3 group are essential components of cell membranes, they are precursors of eicosanoids and biological activators. They must be combined with ingestion in suitable proportions of Omega-6 acids.
Dosage: Depending on demand and applied diet. It is generally accepted that fats should constitute 20-30% of the energy (calorie) of meals daily.
NEUROMORPH-NEURO ENERGIZED STIMULANT MATRIX - a stimulating complex, enhancing concentration and memorizing, activating for action, containing:glucuronolactone ([D-glucurono-3,6-lactone, DGL], glucose metabolite, thermogenic potential, detoxifying and hepatic, enhancing, enhancing exercise capacity) anhydrous caffeine ([purine alkaloid] blocks adenosine receptors, fights the symptoms of fatigue and activates the action, improves the exercise capacity and accelerates post-exercise recovery), theobromine (purine alkaloid contained in cocoa beans, light diuretic, fat burner) and 1.3 dimethylamylamine (geranamine, aliphatic amines providing stimulation improving exercise capacity of stimulating activity). NEUROHORPH-NEURO ENERGIZED ATIMULANT MATRIX is part Mesomorph by APS , available at www.muscle-zone.pl
Note: 1.3 Dimethylamylamine (geranamine) is a substance not authorized by WADA
Naringin - flavonid glycoside occurring in grapefruit and bitter orange, metabolized in the body to form of narginin. Metabolism provides nutritional, antioxidant and lowering bad cholesterol activity. Lowering the level of cortisol (stress hormone), it has catabolic effects on muscle tissue, but it can negatively affect the insulin metabolism. Naringin included in the extracts of citrus fruits, vitaminizing, fat burners, creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters.
