MPA CelluVOL is a multi-ingredient pre-workout supplement containing the ingredients responsible for the increase of muscle pump (L-Citrulline, concentrated form of powdered glycerol, arginine complex with silicon), stimulation and growth of motivation to act (alpha-GPC) and acceleration of ATP production (ElevATP®).

L-Citrulline is an amino acid widely used in sportsmen’s diet. In the human organism it undergoes conversion to L-arginine and thanks to this it intensifies the production of nitric oxide (NO) and makes us experience the phenomenon of muscle pomp more intensively. It was proven that the concentration of NO induced by supplementation of L-citrulline is better than in case of L-arginine, which is characterized by weaker bioavailability. Studies show that supplementation with citrulline contributes to the improvement of effort abilities and reducing the feeling of fatigue as well as the positive influence on acid-base homeostasis of the organism.

HydroMax® is a concentrated and stable form of powdered glycerol, which is easily absorbable and spread in the intracellular space. This ingredient increase the concentration of fluid in blood and tissues, which brings benefits for the endurance phenomena, such as adaptation to environmental stress and promotion of blood flow related to resistance training. It was also proven that it helps sportsmen in rehydration after an intensive training session.

Glycerol has influence on better hydration of muscle cells. A muscle filled with water is bigger in volume and thanks to this the effect of the so-called muscle pump also increases. Increased muscle cell hydration is an anabolic signal for hypertrophy stimulation. Additionally, glycerol facilitates the transport of oxygen, creatine, anabolic hormones and other substances to muscle cells, thanks to which it enables their better nourishment. In sports supplementation it is used to hydrate muscle cells in order to increase the volume of muscles during training.

Nitrosigine® is a patented complex of arginine and silicon, which by working in synergy, offer many benefits to sportsmen who use it and other people who are physically active. The complex was designed in such a way, as to show the effect even up to 6 hours. In in vitro studies, this compound, in comparison to other substances with similar effects (arginine AKG, agmatine sulfate, L-arginine and citrulline), considerably increased the production of nitric oxide (NO). The substance also contributes to the improvement of training results, influencing the improvement of effort abilities as well as blood supply and nourishment of muscle tissue.

AlphaSize® (alpha-glycerophosphocholine; alfa-GPC) is acknowledged as the “first class” donor for choline, especially in comparison to its other forms, which are characterized by lower bioavailability. This component contributes to considerable increase of acetylcholine level in the brain and has interesting application in the formulas for sportsmen, where it optimizes muscle strength, sharpens agility and also slows down mental fatigue. These effects are related to better activation of motor entities of muscles and also to the improvement of cognitive functions.

Acetylcholine is a key neurotransmitter, which is responsible for the transmission of signals between nerve cells and stimulates the nervous system, strengthening the ability to focus and memory processes. Acetylcholine is at the same time a transmitter of signals between nerve and muscle cells, which is responsible for the strength and efficiency of muscle work.

ElevATP® is a proprietary blend of water extract from “ancient peat” (fossilized plant) and apple extract. Such a combination supports natural systemic mechanisms of energy production in the form of ATP production growth. Increased ATP levels in cells increase sports efficiency. The most recent research on this innovative ingredient shows considerable benefits in the increase of strength, power and training results among people practicing resistance training.

Summing up, MPA CelluVOL is a dietary supplement which intensifies the feeling of muscle pump, considerably increases the organism’s efficiency and allows to intensify training sessions. It is recommended as a pre-workout supplement for sportsmen and all physically active people, who suffer the drop in energy and motivation to trainings. The preparation does not contain stimulants and thanks to this it may be taken in the evening hours as well as by people who are especially sensitive to the effects of strongly stimulating substances. Thanks to the synergism and the content of many active substances, the effect of MPA CelluVOL will not let you down!

Sodium

Information

Sodium is an important component of the intracellular fluids, and is a regulator of acid-base balance. Along with potassium affects the proper of growth and provides the proper functioning of muscles and nerves. The source of acquisition is table salt (NaCl) and bladderwrack, shellfish, bacon, beef, and of plant beets and carrots. People on salt-free diet should avoid, among others, spicy sauces and smoked meats and sausages.
Sodium deficiency is very rare, at heaving sweating after a long effort (e.g. in the marathon).
Excess sodium increases blood pressure (especially for the elderly), edema and increased thirst. Exceeding the daily dose of 14g a day can cause poisoning.

Salt

Information

Salt (sodium chloride, or table salt), natural source of electrolytes (chlorine and potassium), regulating water and electrolyte and acid-base balance of the body, affecting the nervous system and blood pressure. Sodium is an essential element for the proper growth. The proper dose of salt prevents overheating of the body and solar stroke. It provides the proper functioning of muscles and nerves the body. Chlorine in combination with sodium, is involved in the digestive process and maintains acid-base balance in the body, as antitoxin removes toxic products of metabolism in the liver. Salt is a flavour component and preservative of many foods, nutritional supplements and mixtures of electrolytes, available at www.muscle-zone.pl

Dosage: no specific standards of consumption, used so as to provide sufficient amount of electrolytes to the body (sodium and chloride).

Potassium

Information

Potassium and sodium regulate the body's water resources, ensuring normal heart rhythm. Maintaining the proper level of potassium provides the proper oxidation of the brain, lowers blood pressure, increases the permeability of cell membranes (as an antagonist of calcium). It is a base-forming element. It is widely used in sports diet before and after training in the form of supplements, nutrients, vitamin-mineral preparations and minerals, concentrates and ready, isotonic and hypertonic beverages. Natural sources of acquisition of potassium are: vegetable products (bananas, citrus fruits, melons, mint leaves, green vegetables, potatoes) and animal products (sea fish, meat). Potassium is present in the form of organic compounds: citric acids, and fumarates gluconates and inorganic (chlorides, sulfates, oxides and carbonates).
Potassium deficiency (hypokalemia): excessive tiredness, headaches and irritability, problems with sleeping, muscle cramps, constipation. Potassium levels may drop sharply in the event of a reduction in blood sugar levels, prolonged starvation, severe diarrhea. They can occur when too much of strong coffee is consumed, with alcohol abuse and when eating too much sweets.
The excess of potassium (hyperkalemia) is often the cause of depression, hypotension, tingling in the extremities.

Arginine

Information

Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.

Inositol

Information

Inositol is an organic compound from the group of B vitamins soluble in fluids, present in the natural or synthetic form, synthesized in plants, such as brewer's yeast, beans, grapefruit, cabbage, sprout of wheat, melons and animal (liver). Along with choline is included in the lecithin. It affects the cell nutrition of the central nervous system (brain) by reducing the level of LDL (bad cholesterol), this makes it applicable in treatment of Alzheimer's disease and atherosclerosis. It has a calming effect. There has been a beneficial effect of inositol on the skin and hair reported.

Glycerol

Information

Glycerol (glycerine, 1,2,3-propanetriol) simplest tricarboxylic alcohol, used in the manufacture of medicines (as a filler), cosmetics and food industry. Used in higher doses affect water and electrolyte balance of the body, increase exercise capacity and extend the duration of exercise in various sports. In the sports supplementation used for hydration of the muscle cells to increase the volume of muscle during exercise. Glycerol (sugar alcohol) increases the ability to hydrate the phosphorus muscle cells, allows better nutrition and increasing the volume. It also has an impact on water and electrolyte balance and energy production. By oral ingestion does not change the glycemic profile of blood. It comes in the form of solid and liquid (glycerine), as mono-preparation supplement or an ingredient of pre- and post-workout supplements (creatine stacks nitrogen boosters).
Dosage: 5-10 g per day dissolved in water, in the time before and after exercise. Beginning of application should be started on low doses and gradually reach the maximum, commonly used in sports supplementation dose.

Choline

Information

Choline belongs to the soluble in liquids group of B vitamins. It is an organic nitrogen base containing lecithin, and acetylcholine. Together with inositol is involved in the metabolism of fats and cholesterol metabolism, preventing its accumulation on the walls of arteries and deposits in the gallbladder. With the penetration of the brain, contained lecithin improves its action and improves memory. Used in the treatment of age-related diseases (Alzheimer's). It occurs in plant foods: yeast, wheat germ, lecithin, green leafy vegetables and egg yolks.
