Nitric oxide (NO) has a relaxant effect on the smooth muscles surrounding the blood vessels. As a result, it improves the transport of blood along with oxygen and nutrients. Arginine – a basic amino acid necessary in the production of NO (an elevated level of arginine in the bloodstream activates the nitric oxide synthase enzyme). Agmatine – an arginine metabolite that, similarly to arginine, contributes to the increase of NO production. Agmatine may additionally increase the level of luteinizing hormone (LH) responsible for the production of testosterone found in gonads, as well as increase the insulin sensitivity of skeletal muscles, promoting their regeneration and hypertrophy.

L-norvaline – a non-protein amino acid, an L-valine-derivate. L-norvaline is an inhibitor of arginase enzyme responsible for the distribution of arginine. Therefore, L-norvaline’s action consists in increasing the availability of arginine in the body.

BCAA in a unique form
The supplement consists of BCAA branched chain amino acids (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, and L-valine) in manufactured in Tri-Pep ™ technology, which uses a unique peptide-binding system. In comparison to free amino acids, this technology is characterized by higher stability and ensures almost immediate absorption. Such combination helps to increase glycogen levels and improves endurance while limiting the breakdown of muscle tissue.

Increase in energy level

Beta-Alanine – a dipeptide that is a combination of L-alanine and L-histidine that is converted to carnosine in the body. Carnosine regulates the cellular pH level because it absorbs hydrogen ions produced as a by-product of muscle work, especially in conditions of low oxygen availability. Consequently, beta-alanine reduces the feeling of fatigue and the effect of "muscle burning".

Creatine – in the body it is transformed into phosphocreatine, which effectively increases the energy level. Phosphocreatine supplies the phosphate group for the reconstitution of adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which is an energy carrier. ATP is used for many biochemical reactions, including the contraction of muscle fibers. Creatine is, therefore, a substance with an ergogenic effect, increasing the level of strength and muscular endurance.

Supporting the nervous system without stimulants
Regulation of the level of neurotransmitters responsible for motivation and concentration facilitates implementation of a training plan. In case of individuals who prefer to train in the evening or who are very sensitive to stimulants, it is important that the product sharpens their mind and improves efficiency, without causing excessive arousal, as this may bring an adverse effect.

N-Acetyl-L-Tyrosine – an amino acid which is a substrate for the production of dopamine – a neurotransmitter responsible for maintaining motivation and focus. The acetylated form of tyrosine crosses blood-brain barrier most efficiently from all of the forms available and ensures high effectiveness.

Choline bitartratecholine is essential for the production of acetylcholine - an important neurotransmitter responsible for transmitting information in the nervous system and sending impulses necessary for contraction of the muscle fibers. In addition, the bitartrate form affects the metabolism of lipids in the liver, which may contribute to the improvement of body composition.

Theobromine (3,7-dimethyl-1H-purine-2,6-dione) – occurs naturally in cocoa beans and it is an inhibitor of the phosphodiesterase enzyme responsible for the degradation of acetylcholine. Theobromine dilates blood vessels and increases energy levels because it has the ability to attach to adenosine receptors, thereby blocking the attachment of adenosine. As a result, theobromine lowers a noticeable level of fatigue, however, similarly to caffeine, it does not have the effect of stimulation and an increase in the level of catecholamines.

Higenamine (Norkoclaurin) – contributes to the increased release of acetylcholine from motoneurons, and thus can increase the amount of power and strength generated. It is also an antagonist of beta-adrenergic receptors, due to which it may affect the increase of noradrenaline level and the process of fatty acid release from adipocytes.

Addition of vitamins and minerals
The minerals contained in the preparation (calcium, magnesium, potassium) support the electrolyte balance. They regulate body’s pH and also affect the transmission of impulses in the nervous system. All the three components are necessary for proper muscle contractility, and their low level may weaken the contraction strength or lead to involuntary contractions. For better effect of saturation of the tissues, a diet increasing the content of insulin in the body is indicated (carbohydrate and high protein diet) and supporting nutrients and supplements (Dietary carbohydrate and carbohydrate-protein, insulin ALA, d-pinitol or taurine). Creatine monohydrate is present in the form of mono-preparation supplements (capsules, powders, tablets) and multicomponent supplements (i.e. as a component of creatine stacks).
Dosage: depending on the form of supplement, the type of exercise and weight, normally are used one of the following models of creatine supplementation:

Leucine is an essential amino acid, one of the three branched chain amino acids, ketogenic, its isomer is isoleucine. It affects the secretion of anabolic hormones (insulin, combined carbohydrates), acts on enzymes (mTOR) starting the process of muscle protein synthesis and controlling its course. Protein synthesis by leucine is affecting the development of bones, muscles and skin. It reduces the fat tissue. Without the availability of leucine, protein synthesis is impossible. It naturally occurs in animal products (such as eggs, meat, dairy and fish), plant origin, and as a post-training supplements, BCAA, EAA, no-boosters, creatine stacks, carbohydrate supplements. Ir is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements. It is one of the most important amino acids for the athlete's body, basically in every sports discipline.
Dosage: The demand is 5-10 g / 24h, dosage pre- and post-workout and in the morning after waking up.




Isoleucine is an essential branched amino acid (BCAA), leucine-isomer. It has anti-catabolic action ( protects muscle against decay), glucogenic (an alternative energy source when the level of glucose after exercise decreases, helps for the regulation of blood glucose levels, reduces the deficiency of fatty acids), anti-catabolic (muscle protects against decay), reduces stress. It participates in the synthesis of proteins (including the synthesis of hemoglobin). It is an essential part of the regeneration of damaged tissues of the body, and after intense training. It occurs in products containing animal protein (meat and dairy products, eggs, dairy products) and plant (almonds, walnuts) and dietary supplements.
