REVANGE Happy Bee is an advanced supplement targeted at unlocking the body’s potential. It influences beneficially cognitive functions, promotes physical performance and regulates emotional states. It has far-reaching, positive effects on your mood and improves the body’s fitness.
Because of extremely rich composition of the supplement, the formula has been divided into several complexes with different effects on the human body.
Core Well-Being System
It contains bioactive substances with beneficial effects on mood, mind and perception of the world. It includes:
Adaptogen complex – including the most popular extracts due to their potency: Bacopa monnieri, Rhodiola rosea and ashwagandha. These plants are natural sources of compounds with the ability to increase the body’s resistance to stressors. They help fight effectively against consequences of ubiqutous stress-inducing stimuli. Stressors affect especially active individuals because they include also vigorous exercise.
Taking adaptogens is recommended to regulate levels of cortisol, i.e. stress hormone whose excessive concentrations are being observed in an increasing proportion of the population. Its optimal levels are critical to maintaining healthy metabolism and effective recovery of the body.
Gingko biloba extract – used commonly to promote mental performance. It contains bioactive compounds which influence beneficially blood supply to tissues of the brain and thus support its healthy functioning. Gingko biloba is believed to improve thought processes and enhance memory and focus.
Gingko biloba does not only influence beneficially cardiovascular health by improving circulation but also by increasing the elasticity of blood vessels and their strength. Some sources suggest that Gingko billoba extracts prevent blood vessel calcification.
Alpha GPC – the common name for L-alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine, simply referred to as choline alfoscerate. Supplementing with this compound is a highly effective way of increasing levels of acetylcholine because it is its precursor. High levels of this extremely important excitatory neurotransmitter are associated with enhanced cognitive abilities. Due to nootropic effects, alpha GPC supplementation has been shown to be effective in healthy individuals who want to exploit the potential of their brains and to help treat cognitive disorders.
L-Theanine – an amino acid found naturally e.g. in tea. It exerts a mild relaxing effect and reduces excessive emotional tension. It helps fall into a deep sleep. However, it does not cause drowsiness and that is why it provides you with excellent support against a heavy workload. It helps reduce stress that is connected with a large number of duties and does not affect adversely mental performance.
L-Theanine has strong synergistic effects with caffeine. They enhance their effects, thereby promoting cognitive performance and reducing potential side effects of caffeine intake, such as overstimulation and irritability.
5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) – the last intermediate in the synthesis pathway of serotonin, commonly referred to as the happiness hormone. Because of that, its mechanism of action is associated with stimulating the production of this biologically active substance. Along with melatonin, this hormone is responsible for the regulation of the human’s circadian rhythm. Because of that, 5-HTP supplementation helps fall into a deep sleep and regulate sleep cycles.
What is more, an increase in serotonin levels promotes well-being and reduces negative effects of excessive stress. 5-Hydroxytryptophan administration shows nootropic properties. 5-HTP may be also beneficial to individuals on a slimming diet because of its ability to curb appetite.
Mucuna Pruriens – an extract derived from the seeds, standardised to contain 99% of its main bioactive constituent – L-DOPA. Levodopa belongs to catecholamines and is a direct precursor to dopamine, a neurotransmitter that is extremely important to humans and is responsible for its biological activity in the body. By promoting the synthesis of this neurotransmitter, it influences beneficially levels of motivation and energises you. It may also exert stimulant effects through other substances formed from dopamine, i.e. adrenaline and noradrenaline.
What is more, dopamine is responsible for neuromotor coordination in the extrapyramidal system. As a result, its levels in the body influence directly motor skills.
Phosphatidylserine – abbreviated frequently as PS, a phospholipid whose supplementation is recommended especially to individuals with too high cortisol levels. It helps optimise concentrations of stress hormone and is thus a form of protection against consequences of its increased secretion, caused e.g. by hard workouts. As a phospholipid, phosphatidylserine is a component of lipid membranes and its large amounts are found in nervous tissues. PS supplementation shows procognitive properties and increases your ability to memorise and recall facts. Phosphatidylserine is also said to have neuroprotective properties and slow down ageing processes of the brain.
It is a blend of active substances targeted at maximising cognitive abilities. It helps focus and recall facts and improves memory.
Phenylpiracetam – piracetam, a popular nootropic agent, in a phenylated form which maximises its potency in the body. It stimulates the metabolism of nerve tissues, thereby contributing to enhanced synthesis of neurotransmitters and overall stimulation of the nervous system. It is also associated with an improvement of neuronal microcirculation. This results in increased brain performance, boosted cognitive functions and better memory.
Noopept – a nootropic agent known particularly in Russia, recommended as an effective alternative for piracetam. It promotes the production of nerve growth factors and thus neuronal function. It is also said to have neuroprotective properties. Apart from procognitive properties, noopept has a beneficial effect on mental states and supports optimal sleep, thereby providing you with complete support for cognitive performance.
Pterostilbene – a compound compared to resveratrol due to its health-giving properties, but it has 400% better absorption. It is especially important that pterostilbene has the ability to enhance the function of mitochondria, including those in nerve tissues, thereby promoting their function. As a result, it improves mental functions. It helps maintain high dopamine levels and that is why it strengthens motivation.
What is more, pterostilbene shows a wide range of health benefits and has cardioprotective, anticarcinogenic and anti-inflammatory effects. It is also a potent antioxidant and helps therefore regulate levels of free radicals in the body.
Vinpocetine – an alkaloid which exerts nootropic properties due to its ability to stimulate blood flow to nerve tissues. It promotes also the release of neurotransmitters. Owing to these two mechanisms of action, vinpocetine supplementation helps maintain increased efficiency of the nervous system. Furthermore, the compound boosts cAMP levels in cells. Because of that, it does not only increase their metabolic rate but also stimulates the activity of excitatory catecholamines.
Huperzine A – an alkaloid which is a natural inhibitor of acetylcholinesterase, an enzyme which breaks down acetylcholine, i.e. one of the main excitatory neurotransmitters in the human body. Its high levels are correlated with enhanced cognitive performance and help memorise and recall facts. Huperzine A is characterised by the ability to enhance focus. It is so effective that some sources recommend it to aid the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
Theacrine – an alkaloid that structurally resembles caffeine and has a similar mechanism of action. In contrary to its popular equivalent, it is less likely that the body develops a tolerance to theacrine. In addition, it has milder stimulant effects on the body. Apart from being an antagonist of adenosine receptors, this alkaloid may acts also via dopaminergic receptors and may thus increase motivation. Some sources indicate that theacrine has antioxidant properties.
2-Aminoisoheptane – abbreviated as DMHA, does not only resemble the name of the popular, banned stimulant DMAA. It is indicated as a legal substitute for geranamine with similar stimulant properties. Furthermore, DMHA is capable of promoting physical performance by raising the pain treshold and enhancing bronchial function.
N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine – an acetylated form of tyrosine which is capable especially of increasing mental functions. The amino acid is a precursor to many neurotransmitters with excitatory effects on the body. By taking part in the synthesis pathway of dopamine, it stimulates its activity on the limbic system, thereby increasing motivation levels. In the extrapyramidal system, dopamine is responsible for neuromotor coordination. Because of that, we may expect that it will improve neuromotor function.
In addition, tyrosine is a precursor to adrenaline and noradrenaline, catecholamines with strong excitatory effects on the human body. By promoting their synthesis, it may show stimulant effects.
Tyrosine supplementation supports also endocrine function of the thyroid because it is present in the synthesis pathway of thyroxine and triiodothyronine. These hormones speed up metabolic rate.
Green tea extract – standardised to contain 99% caffeine, the most popular stimulant in supplements. The alkaloid has two mechanisms of action which make it the top stimulant for thousands of years, e.g. derived from yerba mate.
Firstly, caffeine is a competitive inhibitor of cAMP-phosphodiesterase, an enzyme responsible for breaking down cyclic adenosine monophosphate into its inactive, non-cyclic form. As a result, it boosts cAMP levels in the body cells and thus speeds up their metabolic rate and stimulates noradrenaline activity in the body.
Secondly, this alkaloid is a competitive inhibitor of adenosine. By binding to its receptors (without their activation), it limits the ability of adenosine to signal tiredness. Consequently, it reduces a feeling of fatigue.
Hordenine hydrochloride – an alkaloid with stimulant effects due to its ability to boost noradrenaline levels in the body. It boosts energy and motivation levels, consequently enhancing stimulant effects of the supplement. What is more, some sources report that it may reduce appetite.
Turbo Bio-Availability and Drug Delivery System
It is a complex of bioactive substances which increase the absorption of ingredients found in the formulation, thereby maximising its effects on the body. Naringen, a flavonoid found in citruses, reduces a negative impact of enzymes found naturally in the human body and thus boosts levels of absorbed active compounds. Piperine is in turn a natural inhibitor of glucuronidation and therefore boosts the absorption of active substances. The effectiveness of this system is enhanced by three potent antioxidants: vitamin E, grape seed extract and cinammon extract.
To sum up, Revange Happy Bee is an extremely versatile supplement which boosts energy levels in many ways, regulates emotional states and promotes cognitive and physical performance. It provides general support especially to individuals who train hard and are overloaded with mental and physical work.
The product is free of strong stimulants. Because of that, you do not have to avoid sources of caffeine during supplementation (nonetheless, it should be taken with caution in combination with multi-ingredient pre-workouts).
The supplement is not intended for long-term use because the body may increase the tolerance to active ingredients and due to a risk of addiction.

5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is a metabolite of essential amino acid, tryptophan, involved in the synthesis of serotonin which is a neurotransmitter and a hormone responsible for the quality of sleep (melatonin). Used in medicine as an adjuvant, to a small extent supporting the treatment of depression and insomnia. Due to the presence of melatonin at the same time it is improving the quality of sleep and improving the regeneration process.
5-HTP is a component of supplements supporting the production of growth hormone and it is a part of some fat reducers (reducing appetite).
Dosage: Doses commonly used in supplements, depending on the purpose: 100-500 mg daily in divided doses, including approx. 50-150 mg before bedtime.
L-DOPA - an amino acid, commonly called Levodopa, enantiomer of L-dihydroxyphenylalanine, belonging to the group of catecholamines. It is present in the human organism on the pathway of adrenaline biosynthesis. It is produced from tyrosine and is a precursor for subsequent reactions of compounds produced in this chain - dopamine, noradrenaline and adrenaline.
Thanks to the ability to cross blood-brain barrier, it is an incredibly effective supplement as for the promotion of cognitive functions and emotional states. It is conducive to the synthesis of dopamine and therefore it promotes its concentration and effectiveness in the organism. In this way, it positively influences the level of motivation and well-being. Due to the presence of dopamine in the extrapyramidal system, where it is responsible for neuromotor coordination, it is used in the therapy of Parkinson’s disease (the etiology of which consists in disturbing the synthesis of this neurotransmitter).
More globally, supplementation with levodopa may be conducive to the synthesis of subsequent catecholamines on the pathway of their biosynthesis, i.e. noradrenaline and final adrenaline. Therefore, it may demonstrate a stimulating effect.
Supplementation with L-DOPA also positively influences the secretion of testosterone and the human growth hormone. Due to its wide effectiveness in the organism, it may be also effectively used in order to promote sexual functions in men.
Phosphatidylserine is a phospholipid, which is a derivative of serine, corresponding to the construction and operation of the cell membrane. It participates in many reactions that stimulate the activity of the nervous system, affects the better concentration, cognition and memory. It affects the course of anabolic catabolic processes and effectively reduces cortisol levels even within several tens of percent, with serine supplementation of phosphatides, which allows to stay active for a longer period of time. Used in sports and psychophysicaly active people supplementation in the form of a few preparations. Because of the high price of raw material, rarely used by our customers.
Dosage: 300-800 mg daily (customary in supplementation).
Pterostilbene is a modified form of resveratrol which is better absorbed by the body. It is a compound which may have a beneficial impact on detoxification process of the body, prevents the development of cancer and influences mitochondrial function, fat burning process and the function of nerve and muscle cells, which may be important to athletes.
Studies have shown that pterostilbene is a strong antioxidant and that is why it may help reduce oxidative stress in the body caused by oxygen free radicals. It inhibits their oxidation by increasing the secretion of antioxidant enzymes.
Scientists have also demonstrated that pterostilbene may have a major anti-cancer effect. It may inhibit the proliferation of melanocytes and block enzymes which activate carcinogens. It probably blocks the formation of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) – a hormone involved in the initiation of an inflammatory response. Because of that, we can presume that it will be an effective anti-inflammatory agent.
According to some sources, pterostilbene may stimulate the activity of fat-sensing complexes (caloric restriction), which results in a decrease in blood lipid and sugar levels and thus promotes body fat reduction. Results of one study have also shown that pterostilbene helps increase muscle gain and strength because it promotes anabolic processes.
Vinpocetine - ethyl apovincaminate - it is an alkaloid derived from eburnamenine of plant origin (Vinca), improving blood supply to tissues (mainly nervous), improves insulin metabolism and increases the level of the basic intracellular energy carrier (adenosine triphosphate - ATP). A positive impact on the exercise capacity during workout and improves concentration. Enhanced activity was reported in interaction with caffeine, hesperidin, vinburmine and vincamine. In the supplementation it is a component of pre-workout supplements and creatine stacks, available in residual quantities at www.muscle-zone.pl, as a result of the provisions of WADA and the Polish regulations it is to be withdrawn from dietary supplements as an illegal substance.
Dosage: the lack of defined standards. Customarily 5 - 15 mg / 24h
Huperzine A - an alkaloid of plant origin having the ability to penetrate the blood-brain barrier, it is a negative catalyst for the degradation of acetylcholine, that improves nerve conduction and having a significant impact on the concentration, cognition and memory. It helps mitigate the effects of oxidative stress, and prevents the depressions, has neuroprotective actions improving well-being. In the sports supplementation it is recommended at pre-workout, pre-effort and during workouts in order to improve concentration, as an component of advanced creatine stack, no-boosters as well as herbal remedies that improve mood.
Theacrine is a purine alkaloid which occurs naturally in the fruits of cupuaçu (Theobroma grandiflorum) and the leaves of Camellia assamica. It is structurally similar to caffeine but it has also additional ketone and methyl groups. It also energises, enhances focus and reduces drowsiness and fatigue. In contrary to caffeine, it has more lasting effects and rather does not affect blood pressure. Furthermore, it has been observed that the body develops tolerance to theacrine more slowly and that is why there is no need to increase its dosage to obtain the desired results.
Like caffeine, theacrine can bind to adenosine receptors without activating them. Nonetheless, its effects depend on the dosage. Its high doses block adenosine receptors whereas low doses have the opposite effects – they boost adenosine levels in the hippocampus and that is probably why they may reduce negative effects of excessive caffeine intake. In addition, theacrine modulates dopamine receptors. Their activation leads to higher motivation and enhanced cognitive skills. It is also believed to have analgesic and antioxidant effects.
In supplementation, theacrine is treated as a stimulant. It is used to reduce drowsiness and fatigue and boost mental performance. It is often combined with caffeine to enhance and prolong its effects and prevent the harmful consequences of excess caffeine.
Theacrine is most frequently found in pre-workout supplements and fat burners based on stimulants. Single-ingredient preparations with pure theacrine are also available on the market.
Dosage: No official guidelines.
The most common daily dosage is from 50 to 300 mg. Doses below 50 mg will have a relaxing effect and those around 300 mg a stimulating effect.
2-Aminoisoheptane (DMHA) - a compound, which gained its popularity as a result of DMAA delegalization. It is used as a safer, legal substitute of dimethyl amylamine and it is equally effective. It shows stimulating properties, increases intellectual abilities, promotes cognitive functions and may also limit appetite.
This mechanism of activity od DMHA is based on its ability to promote the concentration of noradrenaline and dopamine in the organism. The first of these compounds belong to the group of catecholamines with strongly stimulating influence on the human organism. It increases heart rate, promotes physical efficiency, limits fatigue. Dopamine, in turn, is present in the center of motivation, its high level is conducive to influencing respiratory abilities.
From the physiological point of view, DMHA is able to widen the walls of bronchi, which positively influences respiratory abilities. Thanks to this, the organism achieves higher effort ability. From the point of view of workout, it allow to generate more intensive development stimuli. 2-Aminoisoheptane also facilitates workout by increasing the pain threshold.
Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.
Green tea extract is a concentrate that contains biologically active compounds: polyphenols (e.g. catechin, in the form of EGCG - epigallocatechin gallate), having antioxidant properties and a small thermogenic potential, modifies the action of testosterone metabolites, DTH. Green tea extract is an ingredient of many sports supplements containing fat burners, having pro-health and vitaminizing effect; also for those with low physical activity as an antioxidant and slimming supplement. Available either as mono-preparations, ready drinks, and above all as an extract.
Dosage: 200-500 mg per day (depending of the content of other active bio-components).
Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, 1-methylotheobromine) is a purine alkaloid occurring in the natural state in plants (Coffea arabica, Camelia sinensis, Paulinia cupana, Ilex paraguariensis), which acts as a natural pesticide, acting toxic to insects. Peculiar smell and taste also deters herbivores. Caffeine in the body inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain, fighting fatigue and allowing for action activation. It has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of oxygen, which increases the exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and rapid post-workout recovery. In the sports supplementation, caffeine is used as a stimulant nervous system. It has the thermogenic potential and in combination with other substances (e.g. Polyphenols, both occurring in coffee beans, such as cocoa beans, tea leaves and mate) can effectively participate in the reduction of body fat. It is included in many dietary stimulants (creatine stacks, no-boosters, beverages). It is a component of fat burners. It is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements.
Dosage: 100-600 mg per day. Due to the long release of activity should not be used in the evening, before sleep.
Grape seed extract is a valuable source of active ingredients: flavonoids, fatty acids, proanthocyanidins and vitamin E, an antioxidant, binding free radicals, anti-inflammatory and anti-aggregating. It is a component of a pro-health supplements enhancing preventive treatment of the circulatory system diseases. Available in the form of mono-preparation supplements or as a component of nutritional supplements (creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters), vitamin, herbal detoxificating.
Dosage: 50-100 mg per day.
Vitamin E (tocopherol) is a fat soluble. Due to its antioxidant action, it is a protection of other vitamins (e.g. Vitamins A). Protects the body against free radicals, strengthens the walls of blood vessels and its capacity, causing their dilation and dissolution of blood clots. With the reduction of coagulation, it is used as an antiatherogenic medicine, it allows for the proper course of pregnancy. In cooperation with selenium it slows the ageing process of cells, strengthening connective tissue. In the food it is present in whole-grain bread, sprout and grains, vegetable oils (soybean, sunflower), soya beans and sunflower seeds, vegetable fat and hen egg yolks. Also it is used in sports medicine in the form of nutrients and supplements.
Vitamin E deficiency reduces building of red blood cells, results in changes in muscle and disorders of pregnancies.
