Kelp is the name that is commonly referred to as brown sea algae belonging to the Laminariales. They belong to edible algae and are a popular element of the East-Asian diet. They are extremely nutritious – they provide many vitamins, minerals and other ingredients necessary for the proper functioning of the body. However, they gained the most popularity as a rich natural source of iodine.

Kelp has an extremely high pro-health potential. It is most often used to improve thyroid function. Regulating the function of this organ usually results in improved metabolism and strengthening the overall psychophysical condition. Supplements based on kelp can also be considered as an element of osteoporosis and cardiovascular disease prevention. Preparations from this category are helpful during convalescence and periods of chronic stress, strenuous physical or mental work. They will also be helpful for people who eat poorly, struggle with overweight, feel persistently tired and are deprived of vitality.

When choosing a preparation based on kelp, make sure the raw material from which it was prepared comes from reliable sources and was obtained from clean waters. Choosing our products guarantees the highest quality and safety of all supplements available in the offer.
