Aliness Black cumin seed oil is a dietary supplement that contains cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, encapsulated in convenient capsules.

Aliness Black cumin seed oil is distinguished by excellent quality. For the production of this product, black cumin seeds from Ethiopia were used. The oil resulting from seed pressing is unrefined; it contains all the valuable ingredients naturally found in the plant, including biologically active thymoquinone and essential fatty acids: oleic, linoleic and palmitic.

The oil has an intense taste and aroma, however, since it has been encapsulated in easy-to-swallow capsules, the supplementation is comfortable and trouble-free even for people who do not like the characteristic aftertaste of black cumin.

Black cumin (Nigella sativa) belongs to the spice plants. It has a strong, spicy aroma and is slightly bitter. The seeds of black cumin are used for medicinal purposes. They are an excellent source of unsaturated fatty acids, phospholipids, amino acids, vitamins, and minerals. They also contain valuable pharmacologically active ingredients such as sterols, alkaloids, and triterpene saponins. Scientists suggest that quinone compounds, especially thymoquinone, are responsible for most of the proven therapeutic effects of the plant.

Black cumin oil has strong antimicrobial properties. It destroys pathogenic Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, inhibits virus replication and limits the growth of pathogenic fungi. It is recommended for people struggling with H. pylori infection and candidiasis caused by Candida albicans. It may also support the fight against parasites.

Black cumin oil exerts anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Studies have shown that the thymoquinone present in the seeds of the plant reduces the activity of NK-kB transcription factor and the IL-1 and IL-2 inflammatory cytokines. It also inhibits the production of prostaglandin PGE2. Besides, it promotes the expression of endogenous antioxidant enzymes (SOD, GPX) and contributes to the reduction of oxidative stress.

To sum up, Aliness Black cumin seed oil is a preparation with a wide spectrum of health-promoting properties. It is especially recommended for people struggling with infections, parasites, and chronic inflammation.
