Protella cream contains as much as 80% of the nuts, which are responsible for the rich, nutty taste, as well as is free from palm oil and sugar, which are characteristic of less healthy counterparts. Hazelnuts alone are a source of many vitamins – mainly vitamins E and B, as well as fiber, minerals, unsaturated fatty acids, and protein. The latter deserves special attention because there is over 20g of protein per 100g of the product.
