Caffeine anhydrous – the most popular stimulant used in the form of coffee infusions or yerba mate. Promotion of cAMP activity is also reflected in the intensification of adrenaline effect, which is related both to a stimulating effect and the stimulation of lipolysis. During weight loss, the activity of one of caffeine metabolites, paraxanthine, is also not without the meaning, as it intensifies the breakdown of fats to glycerol and fatty acids.

Teacrine – an alkaloid, structurally similar to caffeine, playing similar functions in the organism. However, its effect is more subtle, thanks to which its application in the preparation allows to increase the effects of caffeine, without the risk of side-effect, related to a large portion of caffeine. Moreover, teacrine demonstrates the ability to reduce appetite, thanks to which it facilitates following a restrictive diet. Importantly, in case of this alkaloid, no growth of tolerance is noted, contrary to caffeine.

Indian barberry – a source of berberine, a compound lowering sugar level in blood with so well-known effectiveness that it is often compared to a pharmaceutical – metformin. It increases the level of insulin, directing glucose molecules from blood to tissues and it also positively influences carbohydrate metabolism, slowing down their breakdown to monosaccharides. Using berberine allows to keep the most common source of unwanted kilograms under control, i.e. unstable carbohydrate metabolism. Apart from this, it exhibits pro-health effect, optimizes lipid profile, often disturbed among people with excess weight and decreases the level of cholesterol and triglycerides.

6-paradol – a compound naturally occurring in the seeds of Aframomum melegueta and ginger. By activating TRPV1 receptors, it influences the functioning of brown adipose tissue, thanks to which it has thermogenic potential. It stimulates the organism to produce heat, as a result of which energy expenditure of the organism rises. It is also an antioxidant.

N-Methyltyramine – methylated form of tyramine, a compound stimulating the production of adrenaline and noradrenaline. These are hormones motivating the functions of the system to the state of increased efficiency. They are naturally secreted in response to stress, thanks to which they have a stimulating effect. It intensifies lipolysis as a result of beta-oxidation. Tyramine also promotes the synthesis of dopamine, positively influencing in this way emotional states and neuromotor coordination.

Information

Fat is an essential nutrient plant and animal organisms. Because of the nutritional value and composition of fats are divided into: saturated (mono-saturated and multi-saturated fatty acids) and unsaturated fatty acids (including essential fatty acids - EFA). The group of lipids include lipids (triacylglycerols, waxes), complex fats (glycolipids, phospholipids), sterols and isoprenoids. Saturated fatty acids is a group of fatty acids having different carbon chain lengths, in which except for the carboxyl group, each of the carbon atoms is bound by a single bond. May adversely affect the lipid profile, so they can be used in limited quantities. Fats are a concentrated source of energy, with different flavours, facilitating the consumption and swallowing of food. They have building functions (part of cell membranes and co-create the white matter of the brain). EFAs are precursors of tissue hormones and biologically active compounds. The unsaturated fatty acids include fatty acids from the group Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 (the last digit indicates, on which, counting of the end of the chain, there is a double bond in the appropriate carbon chain. The essential fatty acids include: acids, medium-Omega-3 [n-3 ] included in EFAs [essential fatty acids], and long chain (eicosapentaenoic acid [EPA] and docosahexaenoic acid [DHA]) Omega-6 and Omega-9. the number indicates that the last double bond in the carbon chain is on the third from the end carbon atom. The acids from the omega 3 group are essential components of cell membranes, they are precursors of eicosanoids and biological activators. They must be combined with ingestion in suitable proportions of Omega-6 acids.
Dosage: Depending on demand and applied diet. It is generally accepted that fats should constitute 20-30% of the energy (calorie) of meals daily.

Caffeine (1,3,7-trimethylxanthine, 1-methylotheobromine) is a purine alkaloid occurring in the natural state in plants (Coffea arabica, Camelia sinensis, Paulinia cupana, Ilex paraguariensis), which acts as a natural pesticide, acting toxic to insects. Peculiar smell and taste also deters herbivores. Caffeine in the body inhibits the adenosine receptors in the brain, fighting fatigue and allowing for action activation. It has a beneficial effect on the metabolism of oxygen, which increases the exercise capacity (strength and endurance) and rapid post-workout recovery. In the sports supplementation, caffeine is used as a stimulant nervous system. It has the thermogenic potential and in combination with other substances (e.g. Polyphenols, both occurring in coffee beans, such as cocoa beans, tea leaves and mate) can effectively participate in the reduction of body fat. It is included in many dietary stimulants (creatine stacks, no-boosters, beverages). It is a component of fat burners. It is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements.
Dosage: 100-600 mg per day. Due to the long release of activity should not be used in the evening, before
