Olimp Amino EAA Xplode is a dietary supplement which contains the complete set of essential amino acids (EAA) and is enriched with L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-histidine, L-alanine, L-cysteine and vitamin B3 and B6.

Skeletal muscle growth
The ability of skeletal muscles to generate force depends on the cross-sectional area and size of muscle fibres. Muscle contractions during a cardio workout encourage protein breakdown and stimulate muscle protein synthesis. After your workout, nitrogen balance is negative until you consume amino acids, particularly EAAs which are required for the synthesis of new proteins. Because of that, when a cardio workout is combined with adequate intake of EAAs, it is possible to increase the size of muscle fibres, consequently enhancing the ability of muscles to generate force.

Essential amino acids (EAAs) include leucine, lysine, valine, isoleucine, threonine, phenylalanine, methionine and tryptophan. Unlike other amino acids, they cannot be synthesised in the body and that is why it is important to supply them in a diet. EAAs comprise BCAAs, commonly known and used in sports supplementation.

The product has been enriched with conditionally essential amino acids, including L-glutamine, L-tyrosine, L-histidine, L-alanine and L-cysteine, whose endogenous synthesis may be limited due to various factors, e.g. regular physical activity.

Requirement of protein and EAAs
The requirement of protein for persons taking part in regular physical activity is higher than the recommended dietary allowance for individuals with a sedentary lifestyle due to exercise-induced muscle breakdown. It is assumed that the diet of physically active individuals should be higher in protein. In addition, the daily intake of 1.4-2 g per kg of body weight is not only safe, but it may also improve your cardiovascular response to exercise. Only wholesome protein with all EAAs ensures optimal muscle recovery and growth.

Why should you take EAA supplements?
In order to stimulate recovery and improve performance during workouts and competitions, athletes control their intake of nutrients and take dietary supplements. Amino-acid and protein supplements, including EAAs, have been taken by amateur and professional athletes since 1950s and are becoming more and more popular. These formulations are used to stimulate muscle protein synthesis, aid recovery and help you adapt to a training stimulus.

Supplementing with EAAs aids in maintaining high performance and speeding up recovery between high-intensity workouts. In addition, it allows an athlete to exercise more frequently, thereby maximising training adaptation and increasing athletic performance. Since EAAs are effective, accessible and safe and easy to use to restore nitrogen balance, promote muscle recovery and improve exercise tolerance, they are a perfect supplement for all persons who want to enhance their physical fitness and get maximum benefits from exercise.

Practical use of EAAs
Physically active persons cannot always rely on traditional food. Dietary requirements may change depending on the length of the competition or training session and their regime for preparing food. Protein and amino acid supplements are quick to make and digested and absorbed faster than conventional food. These advantages may contribute to enhancing recovery and physical fitness during training sessions which require intra-workout nutrition or when you skip a meal before and during a workout.

The formulation also contains vitamin B3 and B6 which are actively involved in amino acid metabolism and help maintain energy metabolism. Due to these properties, this product will be not complete without them.

To sum up, Olimp Amino EAA Xplode is a dietary supplement which is recommended primarily to athletes, especially bodybuilders, strength and speed athletes and amateurs in strength training. Regular use of the formulation will be beneficial to everyone who need to supplement with EAAs due to a bad diet.
