Creatine nitrate is an innovative, synthetic form of creatine, which was created from the combination of classic creatine monohydrate with nitrate molecules. Such a combination offers far more benefits for the body and can be much more effective than other forms of creatine available on the market. It is also characterized by much better solubility.

Binding of creatine and nitrates significantly increases its bioavailability. Studies on a comparison of creatine nitrate with a traditional monohydrate show that already half the dose of the creatine nitrate is enough to achieve the same effects as with the use of the monohydrate’s full dose.

Creatine nitrate is recommended for people whose aim is to increase strength and endurance. Creatine alone allows optimizing energy metabolism, which promotes increased efficiency of the body during a workout and relieves fatigue. In turn, the nitrates bonded to its molecules may improve muscle endurance and strength. They work through the nitric oxide (NO), which is produced in the body during the decomposition of nitrates. NO is known for its vasodilating effect, and is also responsible for the formation of highly-desired "muscle pump".
