Tricreatine Malate Pro Tricreatine Malate Pro

Activlab Tricreatine Malate Pro is a dietary supplement composed of creatine malate, considered one of the most stable and efficient forms of creatine. The product comes in a form of convenient capsules.

The supplement is recommended for physically active people. It displays a strong ergogenic effect and has significant anabolic potential. Having a positive effect on workout capabilities and endurance of the body, the product can also facilitate the process of sharpening the silhouette.

Creatine is a chemical compound, naturally synthesized by the human body. There are three substrates for its production – methionine, glycine, and arginine. The largest amounts of creatine are deposited in muscle cells. Nevertheless, endogenous production is not the only source of creatine for the body. Creatine is also present in many food products; its particularly good source is red meat.

Creatine is also a very popular supplement among either professionals or people just starting their sports adventure. Both safety and effectiveness of creatine have been confirmed in numerous clinical tests.

Why tricreatine is the best form of creatine
The supplement provides creatine in a very advanced, innovative form of tricreatine malate. It has been created from the classic monohydrate, conjugated with apple acid. The innovation is that one molecule of malic acid takes as many as three molecules of creatine.

The greatest advantage of this compound is its excellent stability and high resistance to the unfavorable, acidic environment of the stomach. It is not degraded in the digestive system, but it assimilates virtually in one hundred percent and is transported to the muscle cells without any problems. Moreover, apple acid alone brings additional benefits to the body – it plays a crucial role in the Krebs cycle, has antibacterial properties, and strengthens the activity of antioxidants.

Ergonomic potential
Creatine strongly promotes energy production in the body. By transferring to phosphoric acid residues, it becomes a new compound – creatine phosphate. It enables the reconstruction of ATP molecules exploited during intense physical exercise. Increased production of ATP, which is the most important systemic energy carrier, promotes the improvement of efficiency and delays the appearance of exhaustion signs. This, in turn, helps in performing heavier and longer workout.

Supporting anabolism
Creatine indirectly can help to build firm muscle mass faster. Numerous studies have shown that maintaining an invariable training plan combined with creatine supplementation, it is possible to double the pace of muscle mass growth.

Creatine itself is not an anabolic, but it helps to create the optimal environment for the synthesis of new muscle proteins in the body. First of all, it promotes hydration of the muscle cells, which is extremely beneficial for anabolic metabolism. In addition, it is a myostatin inhibitor whose activity degrades muscle tissue and can block its development.

Supporting strength abilities
Training performance is significantly increased with creatine supplementation. It is easier to increase the intensity of training sessions, increase the number of repetitions in series or train with heavier weights. This, in turn, gives a solid stimulus to the development of muscle mass and promotes the improvement of sports performance.

Creatine supplementation is beneficial regardless of the discipline being practiced. The studies on creatine’s impact on sports performance were conducted, among others, with the participation of athletes, cyclists, handball players, footballers, rugby players, and strength sports competitors. In each case there was an improvement in strength, speed, agility, endurance, leap length and jump.

In summary, Activlab Tricreatine Malate Pro is a highly digestible and effective form of creatine. It is an all-purpose sports supplement that can be recommended to practically anyone, regardless of the sports discipline and the level of training advancement. The product promotes increased efficiency and contributes to the improvement of sports performance.

Creatine malate

Information

Creatine malate (tri-creatine malate, TCM, di-creatine malate) is a combination of one molecule of creatine and three (or two) of molecules of malic acid in the ionized form (malate) in one molecule. It has better solubility in liquids of creatine monohydrate. Malate is involved in energy conversion enhancing effect of creatine in this regard. With proper use of creatine malate, there is an increase in exercise capacity of the body (strength and endurance), acceleration - although slower than provide other compounds creatine for better quality - of increase in lean body mass, provides faster and better biological regeneration after exercise. To have a fast saturation of the muscles with creatine, products containing insulin should be used (carbohydrates and proteins) or insulin-mimetic (and the substances of similar ALA, D-pinitol, taurine). Creatine malate is available in the form of powders and capsules (mono-preparation supplements and creatine stacks), for purchase at muscle-zone.pl
Dosage: Usual recommendation in sports, depends on the form of supplement, the type of exercises and weight, uses one of the following creatine dosage models:
- cyclic supplementation: 5-10g per day in 1-3 portions during the day, 2-5g per dose. Cycle length approx. 4-12 weeks
- Constant supplementation: 0,03-0,05g per kg of body weight for an extended period of time.
