Coriander (Cilantro) is an annual herb. All of its parts are edible, although it is mostly the leaves that are used in the culinary – both fresh and dried are a popular, aromatic addition to dishes. The above-ground parts of the plant are also a valuable healing raw material. They contain many biologically active compounds, including organic acids, flavonoids, essential oils. Coriander extracts show a wide spectrum of health-promoting properties – they support digestion, enhance the functions of the circulatory system, facilitate the elimination of pathogenic microorganisms, improve the removal of heavy metals from the body, promote the reduction of allergy symptoms and hay fever.

Coriander-based supplements are helpful for a variety of gastrointestinal complaints. They relieve nausea, show anti-diarrheal effect, eliminate bloating and reduce the symptoms of indigestion. They can also be treated as an element of cardiovascular disease prophylaxis; they work well especially in people with elevated cholesterol and hypertension. Studies show that coriander is highly effective in cleansing the body from lead, cadmium, mercury and aluminum, which is why preparations from this category are worth considering in case of an excessive load of toxins and heavy metals.

In order to fully use the pro-health potential of the plant, the dose of the raw material is important. Small amounts of fresh coriander, which are added to dishes, will not provide such efficiency of action as dietary supplements. Our offer includes a wide range of preparations in capsules that contain a suitable therapeutic dose of coriander.
