You have got questions about the product

  • Complex and multidirectional formula for the organism’s recovery
  • Enables proper functioning of the nervous system
  • Conditions proper level of anabolic transformations
  • Regulates hormonal activity of the organism
  • Supports proper sleep quality
  • Has anticatabolic effect
  • Supports immunity

Scitec Night Recovery P.M. Pak is a dietary supplement, which focuses on supporting widely understood recovery of the organism. It is one of very few products on the market, which offers such a complex scope of activity, composed of three complete and synergistically working mixtures of active ingredients.

The product contains:
ZN-MG-B6 complex – is a complex of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6, mainly conditioning proper activity of the hormonal and nervous systems. This complex contains:

Zinc – is one of more important microelements, necessary for the proper functioning of the organism. It conditions proper testosterone level (normalizing it) and it is also necessary in the functioning of many enzymes (it is the component, called a cofactor) and in hormonal metabolism. Zinc is also to a large extent responsible for increasing immunity (it increases the activity of cells and their specific response and has protective influence on them). People who sweat a lot (due to natural tendencies or intensive training) should pay special attention to the amount of zinc in in supplementation. Zinc is also to a large extent responsible for increasing immunity.

Magnesium – one of the most important, if not the most important macroelements, the deficiencies of which are very common. It conditions proper functions of the nervous system (its deficiency causes uncontrolled activation of the nervous system, which gives symptoms of contractions, increased stress and nervousness). It also influences proper activity of the circulatory system, preventing excessive pressure. It also positively influences glucose metabolism in the organism, even in case of metabolic diseases (i.a. diabetes).

Vitamin B6 – conditions proper intensity of many biochemical reactions in the organism (it is a component of coenzymes), influences proper activity of neurotransmitters in the nervous system (mainly dopaminergic and serotoninergic systems). It may also influence increased secretion of the growth hormone and decreased level of prolactin.

Herbal mixture – a herbal mixture in the product plays a direct function of relax and sleep quality support. It contains:

Hops (Humulus lupulus flower extract) – almost everyone has experienced incredible properties of hops (hops is one of the basic ingredients of beer). Sleepiness and relax are its effects. For the same reason, its extract was used in this product. It calms down, quietens and supports sleep quality with very high intensity. It also positively influences the effect of the organism’s detoxification.

Lemon Balm (Melissa ocinalis leaf extract) – is another plant ingredient used for ages in order to increase cognitive abilities and directly support the reduction of stress and anxiety. It universally supports and protects the nervous system. The mechanism of its activity is based of the affinity to GABAergic receptors, acetylcholine receptors and antioxidant influence on neurons. It is also indicated that it may decrease pain perception.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis root extract) – another traditional herbal ingredient, which has a calming effect. It fulfills many functions in the nervous system (it demonstrates affinity to glutaminergic, GABAergic and serotoninergic receptors). Such a wide spectrum of activity is responsible for clear anti-stress properties of valerian. The same activity indicates the possibility to improve cognitive abilities. Additionally, it contributes to decreasing the level of stress by decreasing the level of corticosterone (a hormone with similar effect to cortisol – the excess of which may cause sleep problems).

L-tryptophan – it has calming effect mainly due to the fact that it is an indirect serotonin precursor (tryptophan converts to 5-HTP, which is converted to serotonin), which is a basic hormone influencing the feeling of happiness and reduces psychological tension. For similar reasons, it also facilitates falling asleep and may be an element of therapy in people with nervous diseases.

As can be seen, the whole complex was carefully prepared in order to multidimensionally support sleep quality and well-being.

Amino acid matrix, in the composition of which there are: L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Arginine HCl, L-Ornithine HCl and L-Lysine HCl.

In the matrix, there are the most important amino acids, necessary for optimal general regeneration and proper anabolic response of the organism (we need to remember that muscles grow during rest after effort). They also support maintaining high endurance capacity in the longer period of time.

To sum up, Scitec Night Recovery P.M. Pak is an ideal response to the needs of increased regeneration of the organism. The feeling of fatigue, problems with sleep and general problems with regeneration are a clear indicator that we should reach for products improving these aspects. It is especially important not only for people who regularly practice sport, but also for those prone to stress and physical effort.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine) is soluble in the liquid. It participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. By reducing the amount of fat in the blood do not enable deposition of the body. It helps the absorption of magnesium and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It works on the muscle antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory pain in the joints. It acts anti. It provides efficient operation of the brain. It increases energy increasing vigor of a man. The demand for vitamin B6 increases during pregnancy and breast-feeding infants. The natural product is: yeast, eggs, wheat germ, meat (liver), wheat bran, nuts, peanuts peanuts, soybeans. There is a hypothesis that can be synthesized by intestinal bacteria.
Deficiency of vitamin B6 causes abnormal metabolism of proteins, decrease in lymphocytes in the blood, causes a feeling of lethargy and fatigue intensifies.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5 mg daily (increased demand during pregnancy and lactation).

Magnesium (element from the group of alkaline earth metals, atomic no. 12, a chemical symbol - Mg), one of the most important health microelements, participates in the synthesis process of the disintegration of high energy compounds and processes of transformation of hydrocarbons and fats. It affects the dilation of blood vessels and lower blood pressure, prevents hypercoagulable state. Shortages affect cardiac arrhythmias, malignant muscle cramps, insomnia and anxiety. It is a component of many dietary supplements and found in foods such as whole grain bread, legumes, buckwheat, rice, fish, meat, as well as chocolate, cocoa and nuts.
Dosage of 100 - 500 mg / day

Zinc (chemical element from transition group 12) belongs to the trace elements, it helps maintain acid-base balance of the body, protein, energy, lipid and carbohydrate metabolism. It provides bone metabolism and transport of oxygen. It protects the body against free radicals. Necessary for the proper operation of the senses of taste and smell. Positive impact on the process of insulin metabolism in the pancreas. It supports visual adaptation to the dark, has a significant influence on brain function. It is helpful in the treatment of infertility and mental illness.
Zinc deficiency leads to decreased immunity, and growth retardation. Zinc deficiency can occur in case of excessive consumption of simple sugars. In the case of hormonal therapy of women with irregular menstruation, the therapy should be associated with increased consumption of zinc. It can be found in food like: beans, eggs, carrots, beef and pork meat, milk, nuts, citrus fruits, seafood, rice, cottage cheese, lettuce.
Dosage: Daily 12-15 mg zinc. Exceeding the daily dose of 20 mg cause symptoms of poisoning of the body.

Hops (Humulus lupulus) - plant of the same family as hemp, of which the raw material is female inflorescence – cone, containing a few to several percent of the lupulin (resin-bearing glands of cones, it is in the form of powder with a taste of bitterness containing waxes and essential oils, antibacterial), it is the source of many active ingredients (such as asparagine, quinones, flavonoids, tannins). Preparations containing hops are calming, supports digestion by increasing the secretion of digestive juices, reduce the risk of disorders of the digestive system. Hops are part of preparations to enhance relaxation after workout, sleeping pills recommended especially during intense training and during the competition, for the elimination of excessive stress and to calm down after using excessive doses of stimulants (e.g. Caffeine).

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) is an herbal plant (a perennial plant growing wild or cultivated), the mediacal raw material is valerian root (Radix Valerianae) and its rhizome (Rhizoma Valerianae cum radicibus), rich in various active ingredients: flavonoids (hesperidin, 6-methylapigenin ), terpenes (pinene, felandren), monoterpenes diterpenes, sesquiterpenes (valerenal, maaliol) glycoside triterpenoid, monoterpenoid alkaloids, essential oils, organic acids, phenols and alcohols, and mineral salts, sedating (improving the quality of sleep), antispasmodics, antiepileptic and mildly psychotropic, do not cause side effects. Tryptophan is one of the nine essential amino acids that require high protein food consumption, mono-preparation supplements tryptophan, an amino acid type and EAA-day nutrients and protein, which is essential in the process of protein synthesis. A derivative of 5-HTP in the decarboxylation is a precursor of serotonin ((tissue hormone having an effect on blood pressure and peristalsis), and the subsequent processes of melatonin (the hormone sleep). It is used for synthesis of nicotinic acid (niacin, known as vitamin PP). The due to the appetite suppressant is also used in certain weight loss formulations.
Even a small deficiency is dangerous for the course of many physiological processes, can cause the nervous system deterioration of mood, insomnia, and disturbances in the digestive process. Tryptophan deficiency in the long term leads to depression and neurological disorders.
Mono-preparation supplements of tryptophan are recommended as a means of reducing the stress and reducing the feeling of insomnia. A part of the nutritional supplements type of EAA and all-day aminoacids, it is a valuable component of protein supplements. Available in store
Doses recommended in supplementation: 500 - 2000 mg at bedtime, alternatively 500 - 1000 mg before meals.

L-glutamine - amino acid building endogenous proteins, glutamic acid amide. In the human body it is responsible for the synthesis of proteins, acid-base balance and removing ammonia outside of the organism. With the shortage of energy taken from the muscle tissue, glutamine with alanine participate in the process of gluconeogenesis, and participate in the production of glucose substrate. L-glutamine has a direct impact on the proper functioning of the digestive system and immunity of the organism. Participates in the synthesis of one of the most powerful antioxidant - glutathione. It has anti-catabolic potential. It is found naturally in foods of animal and vegetable origin and high protein supplements. Used as mono-preparation or multi-component amino-acid supplements and supplements enhancing biological recovery after exercises, often in combination with BCAA.
Dosage: 5-20 g per day (portioned during the day, and after training and waking up). The minimum dose used in supplementation is 2-15g per 1 serving.

Leucine is an essential amino acid, one of the three branched chain amino acids, ketogenic, its isomer is isoleucine. It affects the secretion of anabolic hormones (insulin, combined carbohydrates), acts on enzymes (mTOR) starting the process of muscle protein synthesis and controlling its course. Protein synthesis by leucine is affecting the development of bones, muscles and skin. It reduces the fat tissue. Without the availability of leucine, protein synthesis is impossible. It naturally occurs in animal products (such as eggs, meat, dairy and fish), plant origin, and as a post-training supplements, BCAA, EAA, no-boosters, creatine stacks, carbohydrate supplements. Ir is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements. It is one of the most important amino acids for the athlete's body, basically in every sports discipline.
Dosage: The demand is 5-10 g / 24h, dosage pre- and post-workout and in the morning after waking up.

Isoleucine is an essential branched amino acid (BCAA), leucine-isomer. It has anti-catabolic action ( protects muscle against decay), glucogenic (an alternative energy source when the level of glucose after exercise decreases, helps for the regulation of blood glucose levels, reduces the deficiency of fatty acids), anti-catabolic (muscle protects against decay), reduces stress. It participates in the synthesis of proteins (including the synthesis of hemoglobin). It is an essential part of the regeneration of damaged tissues of the body, and after intense training. It occurs in products containing animal protein (meat and dairy products, eggs, dairy products) and plant (almonds, walnuts) and dietary supplements.
Isoleucine is applied with other branched chain amino acids: leucine, valine, and in the supplement complex type of BCAA, in the proportions: leucine: isoleucine: valine = 2: 1: 1. The supplements used in competitive sports requiring increased strength, the bigger share of isoleucine is used.
Dosage: No standard daily use. Frequently applied directly after the workout during the decrease of the glucose level of or at fatty acid deficiency.

Valine – is a branched essential amino acid, indispensible for the functioning of the nervous system (receiving of sensory information), involved in muscle protein synthesis and energy generation. Administration of additional doses of valine before exercise (or immediately after) has anti-catabolic effect, protecting the proteins and allowing them to rebuild. It is slightly stimulatory (delays symptoms of fatigue during workout), affecting the level and relations of neurotransmitters. It helps to protect the liver. It stimulates an increase in strength and muscle mass, participates in the reduction of body fat. BCAA, EAA, and other mixtures of amino acid supplementation, protein and protein supplements and carbohydrate-stacks, brings positive results in strength and endurance sports.
Valine deficiency can occur in case of increased energy needs of the body,
as the result of stress and too much stress load.

Arginine is an exogenous amino acid, it is a component of dietary proteins, not always synthesized in the human body in necessary quantity, so it is necessary to deliver it in the form of synthetics. It takes part in the biosynthesis agmatine, creatine and nitrogen oxides. The use of supplements containing arginine before workout increases the exercise capacity (strength, endurance). Used after considerable effort intensifies the transfer of energy and building compounds and intensifies the process of recovery. Used at bedtime in combination with lysine and ornithine enhances the synthesis of growth hormone. takes part in the intrasystemic synthesis of creatine. Arginine (as a precursor of ornithine) is involved in the urea cycle, increases the flow of blood in the circulatory system, increases sexual potency (in a short time after application). It affects the body's immunity preventing infections, and lowers blood pressure. In supplements – usually as alpha-ketoglutarate.

Ornithine belongs to endogenous non-protein amino acids, it is produced by transformation of the amino acid arginine and glutamic acid. It is an intermediate in a metabolic cycle urea synthesis from ammonia and carbon dioxide. The degradation of amino acids in the liver making the first removes nitrogen (alpha amino groups are transferred to alpha-ketoglutarate) and leads to the formation of glutamate, transformed into the form of ammonium ions. It is necessary to neutralize the highly toxic ammonia, which is carried out by aspartate, creating argininosuccinate. A further phase of change is the formation of arginine and fumarate. Then the cycle is repeated. In the transition process, ornithine is the starting material for the enzyme that catalyses a particular stage of the urea synthesis. It is also an acceptor for the synthesis of citrulline. Ornithine, through the synthesis of polyamines, has a regenerating effect on the liver.
Ornithine is available as mono-preparation (often included with the other ingredients of supporting liver function) and
multi-component supplements containing ornithine aspartate. Indispensable in sports supplementation in no-boosters (pre-workout products) as it stores the arginine, it slows down its expenditure and allows for more effective use in the synthesis of nitric oxide. Available in the full range at:
Dosage: There are no specific standards for daily consumption. 200 - 1500 mg / 24h, commonly used in supplementation.

Lysine belongs to the group of 9 essential amino acids delivered into the body from outside (with food or as a supplement) .It is a building substance of protein (the muscle protein). It is available in food of animal origin (meat, dairy products) and vegetable (legumes). It plays an important role in many physiological processes (absorption of calcium, production of enzymes, hormones and antibodies), and arginine is a component of supplements that increase the synthesis of growth hormone (HGH stimulators). In the form of hydroxylysine (a component of collagen) recommended for the treatment of sports injuries, and prevention. In the case of stress and excessive physical and psychological overloads, it is recommended due to the function of lowering cortisol levels. Also it applies in medicine, in the treatment of anxiety and herpes. The share of lysine intake of daily doses of amino acids should not exceed 5.1%. Available for purchase at
In the processes of digestion of protein matter, as a result of decarboxylation of lysine, may be converted into cadaverine (biogenic amine) having a strong toxicity.
Dosage: the lack of a well-defined standard daily intake of lysine. The supplementation dosages regularly used: with arginine 500 mg - 2g (before bedtime) pre- and post-workout optionally with other amino acids.
