  • Pre-workout supplement based on branched-chain amino acids
  • Contains the addition of other amino acids, vitamins, and magnesium
  • Convenient and easy-to-dispense form
  • A tasty, fruity drink with no added sugar
  • Effectively supports exercise capacity
  • Postpones the onset of fatigue

IHS® Technology BCAA Plus is a pre-workout supplement based on branched-chain amino acids. For even better performance, the product has been enriched with beta-alanine, tyrosine, histidine, magnesium, and key B vitamins.

The preparation is available in the form of a powder. It easily dissolves in water to create a tasty, fruity drink. Importantly, it does not contain added sugar.

The core of the preparation are branched-chain amino acids. They include three substances: leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Due to the specific structure and presence of the branched aliphatic side chain, they are simply called branched-chain amino acids. They are of great importance for people exposed to intense physical exertion, but unfortunately, they belong to exogenous compounds and cannot be produced in the body. They are an alternative source of energy during intense physical exertion as well as show anabolic potential and effectively protect against muscle tissue breakdown.

The presented supplement has been enriched with additional amino acids. They include beta-alanine and histidine (they are the main components of carnosine, which protects against the reduction of exercise capacity, which is a result of the pH lowering, due to e.g. an increased production of lactic acid); tyrosine (a precursor of the most important neurotransmitters, promotes fatigue reduction, apparently it can also contribute to the increased involvement of muscle fibers during training); acetylated form of L-carnitine, i.e. ALCAR (supports the functioning of mitochondria, thanks to which it promotes high energy levels. Additionally, it has antioxidative and pro-cognitive potential).

The presented supplement contains magnesium and key B vitamins. These compounds are necessary for the proper functioning of the body, thus conditioning the functioning of the nervous and muscular systems and supporting energy metabolism. People exposed to excessive physical exertion usually need more of these compounds and rarely manage to fully cover this demand with food alone.

To sum up, IHS® Technology BCAA Plus is a preparation that is perfect before an intense workout. It promotes the increase of strength and endurance, postpones fatigue and helps to perform longer and more intense workouts. It may also contribute to the improvement of post-workout regeneration. The product is easy to dispense and comfortable to use.

Leucine is an essential amino acid, one of the three branched chain amino acids, ketogenic, its isomer is isoleucine. It affects the secretion of anabolic hormones (insulin, combined carbohydrates), acts on enzymes (mTOR) starting the process of muscle protein synthesis and controlling its course. Protein synthesis by leucine is affecting the development of bones, muscles and skin. It reduces the fat tissue. Without the availability of leucine, protein synthesis is impossible. It naturally occurs in animal products (such as eggs, meat, dairy and fish), plant origin, and as a post-training supplements, BCAA, EAA, no-boosters, creatine stacks, carbohydrate supplements. Ir is also in the form of mono-preparation supplements. It is one of the most important amino acids for the athlete's body, basically in every sports discipline.
Dosage: The demand is 5-10 g / 24h, dosage pre- and post-workout and in the morning after waking up.

Valine – is a branched essential amino acid, indispensible for the functioning of the nervous system (receiving of sensory information), involved in muscle protein synthesis and energy generation. Administration of additional doses of valine before exercise (or immediately after) has anti-catabolic effect, protecting the proteins and allowing them to rebuild. It is slightly stimulatory (delays symptoms of fatigue during workout), affecting the level and relations of neurotransmitters. It helps to protect the liver. It stimulates an increase in strength and muscle mass, participates in the reduction of body fat. BCAA, EAA, and other mixtures of amino acid supplementation, protein and protein supplements and carbohydrate-stacks, brings positive results in strength and endurance sports.
Valine deficiency can occur in case of increased energy needs of the body,
as the result of stress and too much stress load.

Beta-alanine (β-alanine) is a β-amino acid (the same group to which the I-alanine belongs, but with different chemistries). In combination with histidine, it forms β-alanyl-L-histidine (carnosine) - a antioxidant, chelating and buffering compound. Carnosine reduces the level of hydrogen ions in the cell and allows to extend the physical performance and endurance, it affects biological recovery after exercise. Beta-alanine is available in the form of single component and advanced amino-acid supplements, creatine stacks and nitrogen boosters.

Tyrosine - endogenous amino acid (synthesized within the body), one of the 22 protein amino acids building. It occurs naturally in animal food products (eggs, dairy, meat). If the deficiency, it can be synthesized by hydroxylation of phenylalanine, capable of being converted to tyrosine in the liver. It is a precursor of neurotransmitters: dopamine (the group of catecholamines, participating in the processes occurring in the nervous system, causing muscle coordination and participates in the synthesis of many hormones) and noradrenaline (counteracting stress, stimulating the heart and circulatory system, and increasing glycogenolysis and lipolysis participating in the processes of energy transformations). Tyrosine is a precursor of thyroid hormones responsible for the rate of change in metabolic processes and pigment (melanin). In the supplementation, preparations containing tyrosine are used in programs reducing body fat (weight loss), improve mood and are stimulants.
Dosage: Customarily 500-2000 mg per day.

L-carnitine is a vitamin-like substance, synthesized in the body from amino acids (lysine and methionine) and available in foods of animal origin. It is a component of muscle (including cardiac muscle) and nerve tissue. Involved in the metabolism of fats affecting the transport of long-chain fatty acids into the mitochondria of the cell, facilitating their burning and energy production. It is a potent antioxidant, contributing to the improvement of the aerobic condition and accelerating the recovery after intense exercise. Recommended for use for representatives of endurance sports. In the sports supplementation there are available mono-preparation of carnitine (in liquid form, acetylated [ALC], esterified [see. Propionyl-L-carnitine]) and multicomponent (e.g. in a complex with organic acids - see. L-carnitine tartrate) energetic, weight loss and improving the exercise capacity supplements, to be purchased at
Dosage: 1 - 3 g per day in 1 - 3 doses, preferably about 45 - 60 minutes prior to exercise.

Magnesium citrate

Magnesium citrate is a salt of magnesium and citric acid. It constitutes one of the best assimilable forms of magnesium, which plays many important functions in the organism. It is responsible, among others, for the proper work of the nervous, immune and muscle systems.

Magnesium has calming effect by decreasing the excitability of nerve cells. Thanks to introducing this element to a diet, we may potentially improve sleep quality and reduce the level of stress.

Positive influence on the circulatory system is another feature of magnesium. It prevents hypertension and storage of cholesterol in the walls of blood vessels (arteries), thanks to which it may prevent diseases related to the circulatory system.

Magnesium also plays a considerable role in the process of muscle contraction, therefore it influences the activity of the whole muscle system. It also takes part in the proper synthesis of protein, the process of cell division and proper course of energy metabolism. It helps to maintain healthy teeth and bones and general electrolyte balance in the organism.

Thiamine hydrochloride

Thiamine hydrochloride - a highly bioavailable form of thiamine, also called vitamin B1. Due to an important role that it plays in carbohydrate metabolism, its increased supply is recommended to people with excessively high concentration of sugar in blood. It facilitates their processing in the organism and supports the activities that aim at restoring optimal glycemia. An important role in the metabolism of nutrients is also played by an integral component of carboxylase coenzyme - thiamine pyrophosphate.

Some source suggest the effectiveness of thiamine in relation to the health of the cardiovascular system, apart from decreasing glucose level in blood, it is also reflected in optimization of blood pressure. Although this aspect of effectiveness of vitamin B1 requires further research, it is another argument demonstrating special needs of taking care of proper thiamine supply by people from the risk group of the circulatory system diseases.

Among people who are especially prone to vitamin B1 deficiencies there are also people fighting with excess weight and frequently drinking alcohol.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine, pyridoxal, pyridoxamine) is soluble in the liquid. It participates in the metabolism of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. By reducing the amount of fat in the blood do not enable deposition of the body. It helps the absorption of magnesium and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). It works on the muscle antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory pain in the joints. It acts anti. It provides efficient operation of the brain. It increases energy increasing vigor of a man. The demand for vitamin B6 increases during pregnancy and breast-feeding infants. The natural product is: yeast, eggs, wheat germ, meat (liver), wheat bran, nuts, peanuts peanuts, soybeans. There is a hypothesis that can be synthesized by intestinal bacteria.
Deficiency of vitamin B6 causes abnormal metabolism of proteins, decrease in lymphocytes in the blood, causes a feeling of lethargy and fatigue intensifies.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5 mg daily (increased demand during pregnancy and lactation).

Pyridoxine hydrochloride

What is pyridoxine hydrochloride?

Pyridoxine hydrochloride is a basic, the most commonly used form of vitamin B6 in supplements and fortified foods. It is a vitamin soluble in water. It converts to the active form of the vitamin - pyridoxal phosphate.

Vitamin B6 is a cofactor in many enzymatic reactions. It takes part in the production of many neurotransmitters, such as GABA, serotonin and catecholamines and it takes part in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates and lipids. It is an important factor for the process of the creation of red cells and hemoglobin and its deficit may be one of the factors causing anemia. This vitamin contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism and is important for maintaining well-being and good psychological condition. Its presence supports the breakdown of pro-inflammatory homocysteine to cysteine and further metabolites, thanks to which it may decrease the risk of atherosclerosis and cardiological incidents.

Pyridoxine hydrochloride may be found in many vitamin B complexes and vitamin-mineral preparations available in the offer of

What is cyanocobalamin?

Cyanocobalamin is a basic, the most commonly met form of vitamin B12 in vitamin B complexes and multivitamins available on the market.

Vitamin B12 is the most known for its influence on neurology. It takes part in building and regenerating myelin sheaths of neurons, thanks to which it contributes to the protection of the nervous system against damages. Because of the ability to increase the level of S-Adenosyl methionine, vitamin B12 may contribute to more efficient synthesis of many neurotransmitters, thanks to which it positively influences well-being and psychical condition.

This vitamin is also engaged in the process of blood production and its deficiencies contribute to the creation of megaloblastic anemia. Its deficits may also concern vegetarians and vegans, elderly people, people with absorption disorders and those using drugs neutralizing gastric acid.

Cyanocobalamin is included in the composition of many complex vitamin supplements that may be found in the offer of
