Thorne B-Complex is a dietary supplement containing a bioactive complex of vitamins from the group B in the most effective forms.

Vitamins from group B – is a package of substances soluble in water, which are essential for the proper work of the organism and need to be provided with food. Folic acid trap
In food and supplements synthetic form of folic acid is commonly used - pteroylmonoglutamic acid. However, it turns out that it is not a healthy practice, since as Norwegian researchers proved in the research on a large sample of people, the supplementation with folic acid contributes to the considerable growth of the risk of cancer. The reason for this may be the commonness of the occurrence of gene MTHFR polymorphism, which codes the production of enzymes transforming folic acid in the active, methylated folate.
