Magnesium Creatine Chelate

Magnesium creatine chelate (MCC) is a creatine monohydrate molecule bonded to magnesium chelate. Why such a solution? There are few answers to this question. Clinical tests revealed that that kind of mix is stabilizing the molecule and it is more stomach-friendly. Moreover magnesium is the essential element in the process of transforming of creatine into a form of the high-energy molecule ATP (adenosine triphosphate). An important aspect, however, is to take a magnesium creatine chelate as a mix. Separate supplementation of creatine and magnesium chelate, according to the study, does not give the effective results.
