Egg Protein

Egg-based proteins are the most rated and widely used proteins from ones currently available on the market. Having the complete amino acid profile, containing all the essential amino acids, BCAA and glutamine, supplements in this group are characterized by very high anabolic and anti-catabolic ability. They digest much faster than casein, but more slowly than whey, and therefore effectively fill up the gap between these two types of protein supplements.
